J rated it 5/5: This was the first time we ever needed a Junk Removal company. After going through a family member's home and getting all we needed, we called Junk Relief. This was a maximum hoarder house and we were in desperate need of help. Team leader Pablo was one of the hardest workers we have ever known. He was always on time and and stayed until the jobs were done. We asked him to do the impossible tasks and he always was willing with a smile. He was trustworthy which is key when you have valuables. Team Leader Michael was also a stand out employee and went above and beyond the call of duty. They helped us not only haul junk but also electronics, things in the attic, take out old appliances. We filled out 5 large dumpsters and 6 of their trucks. We could have never done this job without them. Highly recommended. (one hall of before and after pictures below).

She has really bad customer service .my husband asked her a question in spanish and she kept answering in English so I had to ask her in English.This has never ever happened to me before . Also, why are you paying someone to be there and tell me the place is closed, when he could just be paid to take my recycling? Go somewhere else if you can.

Don't have high expectations. These guys are there to take your garbage, not ask you how your day is going. Get in, get out. My kinda business. Highly recommend. Also, check their website to see what they will and won't accept.
Also they are only open 2 days a week (Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon/early evening) and the first Saturday of the month (don't know the time). Don't go when they are closed, duh 😛.

Simple Drop off. There are some things they don't take, such as a cordless drill, flashlight or batteries that I found out.

They took my old partial bags of pesticides and herbicides, too! I got rid of old nonfunctional spray paint cans, solvents, enamel paint and caustic paint remover. An old VCR and old tube TV finally out of my basement!

Too lazy to do his Job. The door opened up as he was driving away and dumped debris all over driveway and then had the nerve to blame my teenage son who was home at the time and witnessed and recorded altercation. It’s the drivers responsibility to make sure Everything is secured before he gets behind the wheel and out on public Roads !!!
