JUNK KING to the rescue! Within 3 minutes of requesting a quote online I had a representative contact me by text, and all of the rest of our correspondence was equally as timely. A team of two guys were at my house less than 3 hours later, and they had it wrapped up in about 40 minutes! Oh and this all took place on a SUNDAY! I would definitely use JUNK KING again, and so should you!

They charged me at the low end of the estimated cost of $318. Bear in mind, when you pay, there is a place to give them a tip. Not a big fan of this practice, but I did leave a rip as the bags were quite heavy

However two consecutive weeks in March I did not receive recycle services. One week the recyclables were not collected and the following week no service and my bin was tipped over. I can't say for certain how or why my bin tipped over. I do know my bin was too heavy to flipped due to wind or incidental contact. I called to address my non service and was advised of a $36 fee. Totally ridiculous when I am penalized to receive services already paid for. The customer service was actually customer sparing. I felt the male associate was not properly trained on dealing with customers. Needless to say I ended up reporting the issue to city for remedy. Do better CWD!!!

It’s so bad we have had to add another bin to our account because the one we have will overflow due to heir drivers not picking up that week. When they did come they only emptied one bin, not both!

Our sales account manager (whom I’ll keep nameless) does. It provide any support or resolutions, just excuse after excuse to why we have no service.

We've made multiple complaints about this and nothing ever happens. Hopefully the city changes to someone else soon. I drove back because I wasn't too far from heading to work. The driver claimed he picked up it up and lied to me little do they know my ring camera has my pregnant wife picking it up.

It’s ridiculous im so tired of this company its not the first time it happens a few months back i called so i can get credit for a whole MONTH that I did not get serviced & they said it was a process that they had to check the gps on the drivers truck and they did end up giving me credit because like I had stated i did NOT get serviced for a full month & have in mind I have a commercial account with them I pay every month! And now AGAIN im
going through the same thing not getting serviced for a full month customer service is now telling me that they are not in charge of giving me credit that they have to send it somewhere else. And they said they will sumbmit a work order for the week i didn’t get serviced & guess what? I STILL HAVE NOT GOT SERVICED! They did tell me that the driver said he passed by on the 29th of november and that there was a trailer blocking the entrance & that he’s required to take photos of it & that he did not provide them. I wonder why! Because obviously there was not anything blocking my entrance! I dont even have trailers here just care and trucks.

A couple of bigger, well known companies came out to assess what the cost would be, and I was shocked when they both gave me similar pricing that totaled close to $1,000!! We did NOT have very many items needing to be removed, and I couldn’t believe how expensive they were. THEN, I called Jeremy at JUNK GENIUS, sent him pictures of the items I needed them to take, and he said they they could come do the same service for less than half the price of what the others quoted me! Not only were they incredibly affordable, they drove all the way downtown in terrible Dallas rush hour traffic to accommodate my work schedule, and once they arrived they were able to complete the entire job in just 45 minutes!!! Jeremy and his associate were polite, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to provide quality service and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the job they did. I absolutely recommend Jeremy and his team at JUNK GENIUS to anyoneif that lives in the DFW area. Rented from them a couple times, and recently on new years, when I thought they would be closed. They made it happen and came through! Will be using this service again, highly recommended.

We ordered the 15 yard dumpster- they walk you through the whole process, delivery is easy, dumpster was clean and doors are easy to operate. Pick up was easy and location was left clean and in the same condition before arrival. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a dumpster rental!
