They were extremely punctual, and got to work immediately. The crew was done with a previous job earlier than expected and called to see if we were ready for them, which we were, so we got the job done even more expeditiously. – get everything in medium to large U haul boxes before they arrive. They are able to stack and move those very fast.
– make sure you know what is the most efficient way to schedule logistics (elevators and garage doors) when it comes to moving in apartments.
Melissa Sumner rated it 1/5: College Hunks is absolutely unreliable. They called me at 3pm the day before my 9am move and told me they would not be able to accommodate me. I had been on their schedule for about a month at that time. They had come out to scope out my items about 2 weeks before and provided me an estimate. I had no reason to think they would not be able to accommodate my move until I received that call (Although I had to call and e-mail multiple times before anyone would respond throughout the booking process–maybe that should have been a sign). They did not attempt to find another mover and I am currently in communication with them to get them to pay the difference in what their estimate was and what I ACTUALLY paid for a last minute move from a different mover. It ended up costing me almost double what they quoted. I had to take what I could get when I had about 24 hours to complete my move with no movers scheduled. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!
Update: I called the number provided in the response. It was their automated system. If they wanted to "make things right" they would call me or respond to my detailed emails with invoices and my request for a remedy for their contract breach. They have not responded.

Update 2: Received a call in which I was told by someone at their corporate office, "I spoke with the local franchise and they don't plan on really doing anything about it."
Carla Johnson rated it 1/5: I called to use their labor service, which I do not recommend. I came prepared for them, had plastic wrap and bubble wrap, and neither was used on anything. They loaded the uhaul, and once it was loaded, it looked like they were tired towards the end because stuff was just basically thrown in there. I got to my destination, which was 1000 miles away, and it looked like a bomb when off in the back of there. My brand new kitchen table was damaged, my new Sectional was ripped and my new TV Stand which no longer can be used had a broken leg. I've called to try and talk to someone about these issues, and i keep getting excuses and no apologies. The only thing good about these them is the loaders were friendly. AJ rated it 2/5: I have grown up and lived in Colorado for all of my life and had used Waste Management up until now, our HOA hired Waste Connections to manage our trash and recycling. This is a weekly/bi-weekly occurrence, I read the requirements for recycling and waste pick ups but our drivers (Waste and recycling) often leave the extra lawn waste bags, items that do not fit in the bins, and the recycling pictured here. I’ve bundled them, as instructed as you can see. Each weighs less than 40lbs. They didn’t even move the stack, just dumped the bin, put it back, and left. I’ve written to notify them BEFORE writing a review, they were NOT helpful. The response I received was from one of their employees, the issue was not addressed and I was told that if I wanted to discuss my pick ups I would need to call, when you call you get a lines busy message and it hangs up, there is no option to email, I was able to get a message to them through their website report feature. Be warned, if you miss their call back after submitting your report you must repeat the process and resubmit your report to get a call back.
Sadly, we aren’t able to change services and are stuck… but if YOU have a choice, SHOP! Waste Connections might not be the best for you.

Their instructions: “*All boxes must be flattened and bundled, each bundle needs to weigh less than 40 lbs. Any boxes bigger than 2 ft X 2 ft need to be cut down in order for Waste Connections to pick up.*”

Well guess what it snowed again and there a day behind again. So now I have two weeks of trash sitting out front. They constantly raise there rates I pay $100 dollars ever 3 months and I supply my own trash cans. Im paid in full and I want to cancel service and they want to charge $27 dollars to cancel service. Found another company charging me $75 and they supply me with two 96 gallon containers. Beware of this company. I do not blame the workers I blame the owner and they way management is done they should be ashamed of them selfs. So happy to not be dealing with them anymore. Again beware of this company.

I called Junk Be Gone to help clear out my fathers home to prepare it for sale. The task at hand seemed enormous. I received an immediate call from Paul who offered to come over an assess the job. Rather than try to maximize his profit, he provided guidance on what items we could first sell or give away in order to help reduce the size and overall cost of the job. After taking his advice, we hired Junk Be Gone and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the job. They showed up on time, with great attitudes and knocked out a big job in 1/2 a day. I had to order a second dumpster as I quickly ran out of room and they picked up the full one and dropped off and empty one the next day, very happy with their service overall, thanks guys.

This morning I needed an extension on one of the dumpsters we have out, and they approved the extension without any questions. The staff is always very patient and helpful every time that I call with questions. I highly recommend using this company, for any dumpster/"trash" removal needs

I am honestly sad I hadn't done more research in the past to find them, because we have rented other dumpsters in the past and none of those experiences were as easy as this one. I put in an online interest form over the weekend, got a call first thing on Monday and had our dumpster rental organized within minutes. They also had very quick delivery availability which was awesome. Both drivers for dropoff and pickup were so friendly and extremely professional, and it was all so simple. Highly recommend!!!

Gone For Good is a great place to find unique gifts and support local businesses all in one stop. The shop is quaint and inviting, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You can find everything from clothes and jewelry to books and home decor, and everything is reasonably priced. The selection is always changing, so there's always something new to see. This is one of my favorite places to shop in Denver!
