They acted like they did me a favor because I didnt drag in the load myself even though it came from my home address. Dudes are on a power trip with my tax dollars. Also typical of government workers. People wonder why no one trust the government and its because of jackass wanna be bureaucrats like these two clowns.

We were able to connect with an associate via email & signed a new contract on 3/1. I emailed yesterday, 3/8, & she states we will receive a new dumpster in 5-7 business days. I sent a screenshot of the contract & it says 3-5 business days. She apologized for the delay & states she's getting ahold of dispatch to see when it will be delivered. She also states trying her best to get it here by Friday, 3/10. I have yet to receive an update on when we'll be receiving it. Long story short, we're disappointed in how long it's taking to get a dumpster for our trash that is piling up!
UPDATE: I called back & asked for an ETA on the dumpster. The customer service rep said she didn't have one as their out of dumpsters! My jaw dropped. I was trying to be friendly & ask then why was I advised I would be receiving one Friday, 3/12? She stated she didn't know & would ask Operations & someone would get back with me. Has anyone gotten back to me, no! I cannot believe the lack of communication from this establishment & the different answers that I have been told over a garbage dumpster.

After many conversations, text messages I got some credit but not full. They missed again last month but never gave me the credit for that. It’s a business dumpster and very difficult to manage with missed pickups. On top of that, they will not credit you for the bill paid on time for 3 weeks instead keep showing warning signs to pay the remaining balance. I have been trying to resolve this issue with my agent but she says it’s not in her capacity, it’s corporate. I don’t understand what kind of service and accounting department this company has. It’s a real hassle working with them, waiting for my contract to be over and will switch right away. My advice , stay away.

Joan V rated it 5/5: I went because I had old documents that needed shredding. It's very organized and the cart that I was putting my papers in was already pretty full. I let the gentleman at the entrance know & he quickly came and switched to an empty cart for me.
Brian Elliott rated it 5/5: Sent me to the metal pile for my AC unit, then to stall 5 for brush. Quick in-and-out! Wish they still put brooms/pans out for clean-up – oh well, dusted the highway w/leaves on my way home!

Ashley Judd rated it 5/5: The girls / guys in the office are phenomenal! Literally each one of them have huge smiles every time we come here and know us by name even. Our small business has utilized this landfill several times daily for years. They make it a great experience. They even give my kiddos snacks sometimes!
Everyone from the office, to the dozer drivers, to the traffic directors are all are super friendly and helpful. The newer traffic directors are terrific!

The next best part about this landfill next to their customer service is that they actually do care about wait time. They seem to always be striving to improve getting you in and out quickly. I greatly appreciate that as a business owner, because that allows us to service our customers better and quicker.
Most landfills do not care how long you wait.
They even provide many outhouses which is huge for drivers!!

I mean they deal with trash allllllllll daayyyy looong. And they do it professionally and with a smile. These bad reviews, cut them some slack.
Jackinthebox rated it 1/5: CAN YOU PLEASE TELL THE GUY AT THE OUT SCALE WINDOW to staple the darn credit card receipt to the invoice, HE PUTS A DARN PAPER CLIP and my drivers loose the credit card receipts, I NEED THAT RECEIPT FOR my tax and other purpose records!!! and tell him to be a bit faster, every time his at the window there’s a LONG LINE!!! Thank you!!!! I called for this issue and no answer, so I post it here
Brendon Hall (HallDoran Realty) rated it 1/5: The women at the window will cite "policy", but not provide a copy of the very "policy" they are citing. In other words, they make up arbitrary rules and either follow along, even if they are unlawful, or go elsewhere. They will charge your credit card without first informing you the amount of the charge. Then upon entering the facility, there is no signage on where to drive. If there were an alternative, I would take my trash elsewhere.

Johnmark VanderZee rated it 1/5: Worst experience, please understand you have to have a helmet and yellow vest. Water bill. Credit card. This place is wild, I was trying to dump 200lbs maybe of concrete. I am not in construction, I just wanted to get rid of concrete that was in our back yard. I didnt realize it would be that difficult and expensive to get rid of my concrete. This company is why people just dump their things off the side of the road.
