But, I decided to give Fire Dawgs a call because I was really impressed with many of the positive review comments that I had read. Well, let me tell you that Fire Dawgs absolutely deserves their 5 star reviews, because they definitely earn it. The two man crew that arrived at my home, were very professional, hardworking, and completed the necessary task as efficiently as I could have hoped for. We just sold our home, and decided to get rid of so many items, that it ended up being more than 1 1/2 dump truck loads being moved out of my basement, and garage. Many of the items were very, very heavy, and the crew made it look rather easy, even though I know for certain that it was not. I was so impressed with the gentlemen who completed the task, that I told them, they represented their company so well, that they deserved and award. A renter who had lived there 12 years abandoned the property leaving everything including furniture and piles of trash and junk inside and outside. The renter had left 5 cats inside for weeks. There was food and water but the cats urinated on all the trash and furniture. The odor was terrible. I had planned to clear the house myself but quickly realized it was beyond what I could do. Fire Dawgs communicated well what they would do and they did exactly that in the timeframe stated. In 3 days and 9 dumpster trucks later everything (trash, appliances, furniture & carpet) was cleared. Very professional excellent crew who were working in not the best of circumstances. I am grateful for their service but it was a costly service.

We had no way of getting rid of it ourselves, and I noticed a Fire Dawgs sign in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. They came by the house within the hour gave me an estimate and scheduled me that afternoon for pick up. Everything now is clean as a whistle, all the piles of debris is gone and I can rest easy! They did a wonderful job and will keep them in mind when I need something hauled way in the future.

They seem to take pride in there service because my street never has knocked over containers once emptied and there is never a mess left behind. I love that Republic also looks professional with there bright blue trucks and there blue uniforms with high visible vests, not like that orange company were everyone is wearing sneakers and sweat pants.

In my young but intensive 5 years of facility maintenance and vendor management/relations, I've learned that most representatives don't care about you or your situation as long as they get paid in full – however with Jennifer, through multiple email exchanges during the recent weeks of being assigned as my POC for the company, I have received nothing but productive and efficient problem solving, customer support, and lightning speed turn around times. (Emphasis on customer support).
I spoke with Jennifer today after requesting a phone call meeting earlier in the morning, to which she was quick to respond and confirm a time, and when the time went a couple of minutes past schedule, she was very quick to follow up informing me of an updated meeting time.
During this phone call, I presented a problem I was confident in being impossible to solve, but she made it possible. Not only did she make it possible, but she made it timely and resolved the issue DURING THE PHONE CALL whereas most others would wait until you're off the phone to handle, then typically take days to finally resolve. On top of Jennifer's absolute unstoppable drive and work ethic, she knows how to talk to people – and is she a phenomenal storyteller!
All of the funny business aside, Jennifer Daswani changed my perspective on how customer support should be practiced. Keep the customer satisfied, informed, and, and well taken care of through their company's services. To back this up, we ran into an issue where we were without any disposal dumpster onsite for 8 days (at the fault of the previous building owner, not Republic Services) and trash was piling up – fast. 100+ employees produce a lot of trash, so this wasn't good. Once we were set up with one dumpster, I was introduced to Jennifer as my POC, and we needed a second dumpster FAST! After a quick email conversation and a sip of coffee, I had an agreement in my hand for an additional dumpster which was on my property in LESS THAN 12 HOURS!!!!
It's a lot for a disposal service review – but seriously Republic – Jennifer Daswani is your woman, keep her close.

He's very knowledgeable and I enjoyed our brief conversation. They accept a wide range of recyclable materials with a free drop off. Items like a refrigerator, air conditioner, or tube televisions will incur a cost to drop off.
The revenue generated by its recycling business helps people rebuild their lives by providing employment and other services.
Jason Brewster rated it 5/5: I pulled up to the Recycle Force building and was greeted by three men who were all very polite and answered any questions I had. One of the men then proceeded to help unload my van full of old computer parts. This may be the only time I use them so I wanted to write the review even if so. The older gentleman that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and I'm happy he was there to help me today. For my entire van full of stuff it ended up being under 60 dollars which I think is pretty affordable. If I ever need recycle services again I would be comfortable saying that I will use them

They help you get your driver's license, you can get certified for all types of things here, and they help you out with a whole lot of other things too. I highly recommend getting a job here if you've had trouble with the law and are just getting out, having a hard time finding work, on probation, house arrest, etc… This is a great place to start.

We bought a ton of items (old faucet, doorknobs, sliding door track, etc.) and weren’t sure if they would be able to take it all. They did – and it was incredibly efficient! We were in and out so quickly! The folks were all incredibly nice, everyone we spoke to had a great sense of humor and was very helpful. We were thrilled and really appreciate this program.

They also have some portable toilets to use during the night off to the side.

2. Get a map to unloading place
3. Back in by instruction of the unloader (he waits you there outside)
4. Just back in to the dock even do not touch your door.
5. Receiver will take your paper and will bring to you signed
6. Pull up your truck when green lights on and close the door
7. Go to scale back at outbound and get your scale ticket
8. You are done!!! 1 hour total!

The only thing I would recommend is better communication on when pick up is-we thought ot was one Dat but it ended up being the next… not a problem we just didn't know. Thank you sooo much for the dumpster and options you gave us, I should have taken your first option and went bigger, lol. Will definitely use you in the future.
