Very clear estimate over text, he confirmed it when he arrived and the trailer was loaded quickly and with care. I highly reccomend these guys for demo piles or all of those who currently have piles in their yard from the busted pipes in February. From the start, I was put on the phone with Francisco who was extremely friendly and helpful with my many questions and request. We were quickly able to schedule a delivery and fixed monthly cost that was very reasonable.
When the dumpster was delivered, I had not prepared the area that the dumpster was going to go. I was stressed that we were not prepared when he showed up because in past experiences with other companies the driver would simple turn away… this was not the case. The Driver, Kenny Morris, gladly placed our dumpster to the side and helped my team clear out the area of the disgusting mess that we inherited with the property. He didn't mind getting his hand dirty and even was joking around with our staff as he helped cleaned the mess. After that he picked the dumpster back up and put it in place.

All in all, I was overly impressed with the service from the initial call to the delivery and pick up. 100% will refer this company to every contact I know with these needs and will continue to use this company as we grow our business to new locations.

However, I gave this company a 3 stars because I signed a contract for 48 months and was under the impression that my rate is going to be the same. However, that was not the case. After the first year, they increase my rate by $30 dollars per month due to inflation and general living cost increase. I have a contract with my landlord for 5 years, so that's why I signed a contract with them for so long thinking I would get a great rate. When I raised this issue with the sales representative that I worked with Tammy Ha, she mentioned that it was out of her hands and didn't do much to address it. She also didn't mention about the possibility of rate increase after the first year. This says a lot about how the company operates. I would not sign any contract longer than a year with them. I also felt that it was a pretty deceitful of them to increase the price just after one year and by $30 dollars. I am locked into a contract with them, but after, I wouldn't renew. I want to be fair in reviewing them and not just give them a 1 star but I want anyone that's reading reviews about them to know the price increase without any warning.

THEY THEN WANT TO SEND ME TO COLLECTION THAT'S SO INSANE THE CHARGES THEY MADE FOR EVERYTHING.

Now, prices for weekly dumpster pick up has almost doubled and the pick ups are not always on time or sometimes they don’t even pick up AND WE ARE STILL CHARGED FOR THAT WEEK! The biggest problem that we’ve had with them is that the pick up person will leave the dumpster literally in the middle of the road, nowhere near where it’s supposed to be at and we have to move it ourself BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! I called 2 weeks ago to speak with a manager or something to either get a discount or discontinue services and nobody has called me back yet. I called last week and I was on hold for 30 minutes. So unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t recommend.

They told me the dumpster was full and I had to come back at 4:00 p.m. I showed back up at 4:00 p.m. and it's still no dumpster. If you're going to put things in the neighborhood they should be more accessible to use.

I've used other valet trash companies not just here but in other states and this one is by far the best. Since implementing our community has never looked better and our residents and staff are super happy.

They pay extremely well for the work and management is very understanding and willing to work with your schedule. I love working here so much that I even did a summer internship as District Manager and it was the best experience I’ve had since college. From my point of view we do everything we can to hit every door at night and if we mess up we are quick to respond with a solution. While I work residents can’t stop telling me how much they love our service and often times even leave snacks or thank you letters!

Sarah Ryan rated it 1/5: Honestly very dissatisfied with this trash service. When I first moved into my building, it was great. Rarely had bags left behind. When they were it was clear why and understandable. Always changed the bag or split the trash and put it back out to be taken and it always was. Now it’s constant. They have refused to take the last weeks worth of my trash. They usually just say it was too heavy but this last time they did, the bag was genuinely half full. As of right now I wouldn’t use this trash service if you have the choice. Not unless there is a big change in work ethic/attitude.
