Waited all day and nothing. Called again the next day. They said oh there’s no record you called us, yeah right! But they did charge me over $500 dollars! Their pricing is outrageous. Once the unit finally showed up to my house (2 weeks later) it was in terrible shape. I loaded up all the trash quickly and called them to pick it up, it took them another 2 weeks to go pick it up!!! When they finally did show up they tried to blame me for all the damage on the unit. They charged me another $200 for the “damage.” These people are outrageous !!!!! Do not use them. Go anywhere else but here. Very awful customer service.

Well they put it on our landscape and they are trying to charge a fee to move it to another area even though we can’t get in our garage anymore. Who monitors these people?

I went to the site alone this time. I had tons of bags of trash to discard. I had about 6 massive black bags ready to get out of my sight! Lol

Don’t forget your water bill because without it, you cannot be admitted.

All in all, the staff was friendly and attentive and all wore face masks.

They will not help you unload, so do not expect any assistance. You must unload your own load.

I’ll be back and I recommend this location without hesitation or reservations.

Not all the collection stations offer the same assistance. We were taken more with Carlos than what was actually available for paint and at the store. It's always nice to be greeted by a friendly person on a freakishly hot day!

Especially when there are single axle trailers in the mix. Things have changed so much and jot for the better. The much site for branches is not even available anymore. I give this place a 5 star rating. I am very happy to be part of this beautiful city. We, as a whole community, just have to re-think respect and courtesy is a two way street. Keep up the great work and thank you for your service to all city, state and govt workers.
Catherine Bradshaw rated it 5/5: Must bring water bill for trash, but not necessary for recycling. It’s self service, organized and the workers were helpful when I rolled up, telling me which bin I needed to go to.
Hard to find- March 2021 google maps took me to the building next door. Must go around behind the bank to find the entrance.
julian mogg rated it 4/5: Staff has gotten way better then the last few times i went to this location, they get you into a stall quickly and direct you on where certain items for disposal need to go if there is a need, other then that its always quick in and out but now with less hassle,
Danny A rated it 4/5: This is the in town closest drop off point to me. So like many others before me, when I forgot to put the big grey trash can out, I loaded it up in my truck and drove down here. All you have to do is show your water bill (or military ID) to get in. They sent me to a large roll off to unload. The reason for the 4 stars is really the misrepresentation of this being a recycling site. While I was there employees were using a bobcat to move large quantities of glass into the trash roll offs.

Stephen Tures rated it 5/5: I know that they don't need reviews, but I just wanted to point out that they do excellent work. A really gnarly huge dip and wave of asphalt used to exist outside of my neighbors house and they came and fixed it perfectly. Great work.
Kelsey Barber rated it 2/5: The website needs to be updated with better instructions. We moved here in July and did not have a recycling bin. I went to the website and submitted a request for one. I received a phone call 3 or 4 days later informing me that I needed to first complete a class online before they could deliver a bin. That should have been made clear on the website in the first place. Then I went on the website and it took me over 5 minutes to find the page to register for the class. If it's something all new residents need to do, it should be more obviously accessible. I registered for the class and received the confirmation email, but never received the invitation link to join the class. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) I just called the department and was told that the next class isn't until September 14th, and I cannot get a bin until after that date. So I now have to go without a recycling bin for another month, due to their mistake. This city has some of the highest taxes I've ever seen (and I've lived in a lot of cities) and one of the most dysfunctional customer service.

Kim Chi rated it 1/5: All the negative comments on here sound about right. I've experienced much of the things that have been mentioned negatively. People just don't care. There is no customer service. Also, they act like you are the problem. They act as if you are the one they pay and not the other way around. So you have to make accommodations for them. Their drivers and their supervisors do no wrong. It's really sad. Since they are the only ones to do this job, they could careless how much a person brings issues to their attention. Their employees back each other up, and the residents the actual paying customer is WRONG! Even if you have actual footage and images of the nonsense. You are still wrong!
