(Check their website for specific days and times). General waste is $40 per truck load.
  Tip – If you don't need to weigh out you do not need to wait in the exit line. Go into the far right lane on your way out.

Have a truck bed made into a trailer, and because it is a trailer (only differnce being it cant power itself), the minimum is more expensive than a regular truck. Never using this place again.
• Judy Johnson rated it 1/5: The prices are way out of line. Ridiculous that a regular size pick up is $20 more than just about every other side of the vehicle. Plus the spotters don’t pay attention when you drive up and are super rude when you ask them what you’re supposed to do, particularly the girl, she was the worst if you’re expecting decent customer service. She clearly needs another job.

  Signage is poor and this really no a place to come to if you want decent service and have other options.

• Christina Harrison-Jones rated it 1/5: I would give it less than one star if I had the option because when I first pulled up which I've never recycled there before I barely recycled I'm trying to do my part and it will help with pay for gas correct so I'm recycling I get there obviously they're used to dealing with the homeless or people who don't ever talk back to them because even though it was outside they wanted me to put a mask on and I said okay even though it's 106 today and they want me to put a mask on outside when I'm over 6 ft away and then they're like oh you need to separate your bottles and cans which I did okay I separated the wrong hands I said okay thank you did not offer a moment of help which is fine then I asked about why we had to wear the mask because it was difficult breathing and she said well the owner of this establishments and so I'm just done with that and good luck good luck with your business

Atlas Disposals personable vice president Steve Bruce was the only one that took the time to listen to my problem and came up with a solution immediately. His employees were professional and responsive and helped me get the job done. I RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY!

Why is a tractor even aloud to go next to vehicles. The poor workers are scrambling working and running from tractors. This is definitely a bad accident waiting to happen. This place is dangerous we definitely won't be coming back.

Then one of the workers guides you to a dump spot, gives you a receipt ticket describing what you are dumping and then you drive it up to the exit scale and stop at the window to pay. Simple.

The head manager came out and took care of us. So thank you.

• Pete Jones rated it 3/5: Wanted to give 4 stars because today (7/20/22) I was relieved that they took my dead 4-in-1 lead-acid powered charging station, and dead portable power station (also lead-acid), for free (was curious about lithium but got zero results in their search bar, alarmingly). Good looking website, probably come in handy if I was a home owner or lived in a house. But I rent an apartment (along with probably a third of Sacramento residents), so nearly all the information on the website doesn't apply, nor did it answer my questions about recycling my hazardous waste for free or fee. Then I spent way too much of my day trying to navigate the phone menus, aggravatingly; a recording then gave me the customer service number – which you would think would be the number Google Maps listed. Then that number’s menu almost wouldn't let me progress unless I entered my account number — which obviously I don't have… After yelling and pushing buttons it started ringing. Got a nice lady who let me vent a little but then get right to the point, then proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure, then recommended some other WM number that collects from your door twice a year. So I called, and yes they do that, if you live in West Sacramento. WTH!!? btw like many shady major companies, WM doesn't seem to want to display a phone number at all on their website — PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT IF THEY JUST WANT TO ASK HOW TO PROPERLY RECYCLE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS THAT AREN'T LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. For ex. do have to take these things apart and fish out a battery, but then what about the rest of the unit? Wondering if others have hit this roadblock and just decided to illegally dump for the sake of time.. So yes, really annoyed that I had to jump in the car in another 103 degree day with gas at $6/gal to go down there trying to get simple answers to simple questions. The two ladies I dealt with when dropping off (for free) were very nice, and one told me I could dump my dead microwave around the corner, also for free. Because of them and no fee only 3 stars as opposed to 1 is best I can rate overall. I care about the environment and so do countless others who don't have the luxury of free time and doing what I did today. To the people running WM: you need to show you care too, pretty little website and no contact number isn’t fooling anyone.

Not only can they not communicate with dispatch to get the right dumpsters delivered they also cannot keep their billing straight. I have spent no less than 4 hours on the phone with them arguing about a dumpster that doesn't even exist on our property. They promised the problem was fixed last time after a representative actually came to our house to confirm we DO NOT have a 40 yard dumpster hidden on the property and today I got another invoice for the mystery dumpster. Avoid doing business with them if possible. It isn't worth the endless headache or high fees.

I picked up two perfectly working monitors, with cables, and 3 sets of mice and keyboards for $50. Everything worked and was clean, the entire experience was great. I could see that they they had a ton of parts well organized in the back. The next time I need a computer part or peripheral I'm going to call them first.
