When I called to have it picked up, the driver was extremely friendly due to a neighbor had asked me if he could throw some items in there so the driver waited an extra 5 -10 minutes. The customer service was great…. no hassle, no fuss. I was ok with the pricing. It was better than all the other companies. I would definitely use this service again and refer them to others.

I’ve had to call multiple times, they promised they will pick it up before 6pm but they never do!!!! I’ve requested to speak to/have a manager call me back, they've make broken promises that they will have a manager call me back but never happens!!!! This is the worst trash removal company I’ve ever experienced, and I'm also upset that over the years at the same address, my service fee costs have almost doubled! Also we went from having 2 scheduled trash pick up days a week to only 1 day! They had only 1 simple job and they can’t even do that right! I wish there was a another option for a different trash company in Las Vegas, but just like the Electric company Nevada Energy that loves to raise all our electric service rates randomly, Republic Services is the only sad garbage removal service available the residences are forced to use and pay for!!!!! So pathetic!!!!!

Rolling his eyes at me while I explained that my drivers license is out of state because I’m here on military orders. He wouldn’t talk to me, just shoved paperwork at me with no acknowledgment that I was good to proceed ahead and gave no instructions. Does he have something against the military, or is he racist, or was he just having a bad day? Either way, treating a customer that way is unacceptable. I politely told him “work on your manners buddy”. I don’t know his name, but I’d like management to address it. He is African American and was working on 9 May 2022 at 11:30 am.

Have had to call numerous times to complain. The people that take the calls are always very courteous and apologize profusely. However, it is never handled by anyone in charge in the management area. I'm always told that someone in charge will call me to discuss it but this has never happened. Very, very poor customer service. I guess this is what happens when you have a monopoly.

I got a door right away because I had no line and 1 out of 3 doors was open
The loading part is slow and not a easy forklift driver he will make the truck rock like earthquake took about 1.5 hrs
You also get scaled out per axle with a ticket to leave with
Slide tandem wheels back
When you get in you must drive all the way back to scale house
And this facility has concrete floor with very little debris to worry about like some other recycling companies

I told a supervisor this was on camera for 7 days waiting to get picked up, then it finally was. Very curt customer service representatives on the phone also. I wish we had another option for this service. Republic Services drivers in Las Vegas make an average 8 dollars an hour more ($31 hr) than in California to not do their job!
