I called a second time and I had the pleasure of speaking with a friendly voice, her name was Melissa. I had great customer service due to her. spoke with the owners and they seemed very snobby and did not care to accomodate me in any sense. I would DEFINITELY NOT RETURN. These people do not seem to have it together. Their prices were soooo over my budget. There is a lot that they need to change starting with their attitudes and the way they run their company.

The woman I initially spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They were right on time when dropping off the but it was on a holiday weekend when they were supposed to pick it up and nobody was here at the scheduled time to get it. I called to find out roughly when they would be there and I ended up speaking with the same woman, who was still extremely pleasant and helpful, she told me that I wasn't on the pickup schedule for that day and it wouldn't be picked up until after the holiday weekend. I ended up getting 2 extra days for free. My experience with them has made me a customer for life. Amazing customer service and prices that can't be beat.

I called 365 Disposal & Recycling and they had a $98 summer special (no hidden fees or taxes) I asked if I could get one today, she checked with her drivers and dispatch and had one to me in 15 minutes! Joel was very nice as well. Wish I had cash for a tip, send Joel to pick it up or us so we can tip! You guys saved us a good amount of money and that's important these days. Thank you 365!!! 🤑

They had the best pricing and the availability since I needed the bin on short notice. The bin was dropped 10 minutes into my time window. The bin that was delivered in good condition, i.e, no graffiti, no large dents or holes. The last bin I rented from a different company had all those things and looked a mess on my residential street. The only negative was that the bin wasn't picked up timely, on Saturday, but was picked up on Monday. However, I would definitely use this company again.

I Took a TV, two Microwaves, a bucket of used oil, two car batteries, four metal containers of paint thinner and kerosene, and a box of solvent.

They accepted everything except one car battery, one microwave and the box of solvent.

They have a 15 gallons per day limit rule. They count your e-waste as part of the 15 gallons.

As others have said, clean out everything from your trunk except what you are taking to SAFE.

They told me they could give me the address of another location in Los Angeles or come back tomorrow with the other items.

If you are recycling used car oil, old car batteries, take those to your local PepBoys before going to SAFE, so they do not add to your 15 gallon limit.

If you are recycling old house paint, spray paint, or thinner then contact Home Depot, they have a few rules about the containers, but they accept it for recycling.

After driving there you will learn that you have to pay for 1 ton minimum – even if you just have 100 pounds of tree trimmings. So, like everywhere else in LA that will accept clean yard waste, if you have more than a trash can or less than a ton of material, you are best off dumping it illegally if you don't want to be extorted for an arbitrary minimum fee.

Basically you back up to and open space offload your junk and that's it. A tractor continuously moves junk to the compactor which feeds down to bigger trucks to haul out
charles peckham rated it 4/5: Transfer station. We dump Constructio debris there when we have small amounts. Due to convenience It’s expensive and has increased 30% in the last year like everything else. Guys that work there are reasonably pleasant

Gomez rated it 1/5: This place is a rip off, cashier (owner) pathetic unhelpful guy, because you own that place doesnt give you the right to threat COSTUMERS that way, sorry to say this but is the true, i ask for the price for a ton of (wherever), and he told me, i dont care what you have, if its less than a ton you still have to paid the minimun rate.
