First problem I had their workers would dump trash and leave the garbage can any kind of way. A few times I had an issue with the garbage not being picked up and they had to pick it up Saturday, which my pickup date is on Fridays. No type of empathy but we apologize. The last two months my bill has increased for 20.00 which has me paying 178 for 3 months and then come Decemeber of 2022 I get a bill for $200 for 3 months and both times no letter, no phone bill nothing.. when you call the first excuse was covid 19 now I called its because of garbage waste increase. I asked the lady how were you going to inform your customers, her response was that it was on the website, we don't send letters or notifications but you can send notifications when my bill due. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I will be switching my services! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE LEAST I CAN SAY ON HERE.. NEVERRRRR GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! THE WORST EVER!!

We called and spoke with Tonya and she took my credit card information and informed me that she would process everything and call me back if they needed additional information. On the next call she explained to me that the previous tenant (who is my relative) left a balance of 79.25$ I informed Tonya that I shouldn’t be penalized based off the previous adult tenant and that they need to make legal arrangements with her to address that. As a courtesy I contacted the family member and told her about the balance and she paid it . But I was still feeling slated in this situation. Why was I being penalized for someone else’s debt?
On today I had the pleasure of speaking with Christina(manager). I explained my situation very calmly and explained to her that I was hurt by this policy and it felt very unethical to be put in the middle . She showed no empathy and in part of the conversation Christina told me that, “Their business is about making money and not about feelings.” She later in the conversation lied and said that she didn’t say that . But I have a recording of the entire conversation. I would advise you not to do business with them . It’s only 79$ but I work hard for my money and only spend it with people who actually care about me as a customer .

What I simply wanted from this company: was a sense of empathy and clearly nobody cared.

Additional 5 leaf bags or yard debris are included per week with our regular garbage service. This is going on the 3rd week now without any leaves being picked up. I spoke with one of the the gentlemen picking up the trash on last and asked him why the leaves were not being picked up. He informed me that another truck would be picking them up on that day. No one never picked up leaves that day therefore I reached out again to there office the following day as was told they would be picking them up that day and just haven't made it to my home yet. She also asked me how many bags I had. I told her 10 bags. She instructed me they only pick up 5 per week and I told her if they had picked up last week then it would have been only 5 left. My bags still were not picked up as instructed. So I called on yesterday and left a message with no response. I reached out again today and spoke with a female manager that was extremely rude and spoke over me when I was talking to her and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back and ask to speak with the owner and he was worst than she was. He told me that I had over 40 bags in my yard and they were picking up at least 10 bags per week. I informed him I've never had 40 bags in my yard that he had to have me mistaken with another property. He told me that he believed what his driver says. I told him that I have cameras and could prove that was not correct. He still insisted that he was correct and told me that he hoped our association would take our business elsewhere because he didn't care. So I've decided I will do just that. I refuse to pay for a service that I'm not receiving and the owner of the company doesn't show any professionalism, courtesy and empathy for his customers. Sometimes companies take on to many obligations and then provide poor service.

I had them out for 2 weeks, And I talk to my neighbor he said they picked up 8 bags I asked how big he said the same size as mine because my husband is the one who did his leaf removal i dont even want to think something about this situation but its scetchy! They used to pick them up without any problems so who ever the person who is not doing this is making this company go down! I called the woman Chakara answered and started talking over me even after I told her your talking over me mam I was about to start to go off so she could shut her mouth and listen!!! but I kept my composure and said let me talk to your manager then she was like shes on the other line i can have her call you back I said no I will hold! This right here just makes me think why do they have a rude person who doesnt have customer service skills represent their company! The manager Cristina was silent almost like if she just put me on mute so i can shut up! but I hope she does something about this because its just very irritating! Im the neighbor who talks to my other neighbors like Marcy and they started using this company because I recommended it but with this right here ughhh no! Word of mouth goes a long way so just know it will be mentioned! FYI Look for a good company with well trained CSR

If I have special requests as to the location, RI is always careful to make sure the placement is correct. I normally request that Melvin Cole be the driver. Melvin is especially careful to make sure the job is done correctly. They are bringing a 30 yard dumpster to one of my jobs this coming week.

We were scheduled for pickup Tuesday. No one came. No one called. I heard nothing. I wondered if it was because of the holiday (Columbus Day). So I called Wednesday to find out, learned we were missed and requested another pickup. I assumed someone would come either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.

I was incorrect in my assumption. No one came. Well, let me correct that. Someone did come. My cleaning crew came and added even more garbage to the already mostly full container.

Thursday, I called again as we now had garbage outside of the can and were starting to have a collection inside the office as well. Did I mention that this is a medical office? When I called Thursday, I was told that I was scheduled for pickup Friday. No! That is three days after you were supposed to pick up for a business, and I cannot have garbage piling up in my office and around the bin in view of my patients all day Thursday. I explained that we had a lunch meeting that day which meant we would have quite a bit of food garbage and already have no where to put it. The very nice rep (name redacted) I spoke with said she would escalate the pickup and try to get them here asap. She also took my cell number so the Memphis location could call me. Unfortunately for me, I actually answered an unknown local number hoping it was Republic Services. It was a telemarketer; Republic Services never called.

I never saw anyone Thursday by end of business though I was escalated. They said they are coming Friday and I assumed it would be Friday morning due to past pickups, we put out the rest of the garbage that had been collecting in the office.

If that had happened, I wouldn't be writing this.

It is now nearly 11 am Friday morning. I have already called the company and spoken to a young woman (name redacted #2) who apparently believes I have a learning problem. I initially asked to speak with a manager. She asked what was wrong and for the address. I gave her the information and an update. She told me that I was scheduled for pickup today because my normal truck had mechanical issues Tuesday. Ok. First I'm hearing of mechanical issues, but honestly, I don't care. That is Republic Services problem, not mine. My problem is the garbage I have that I have PREPAID your company to come get.

I told the rep that I know I was scheduled for pickup Friday as I was told yesterday, but I was also told my issue would be escalated. And it IS Friday. My garbage is still here. Can she tell me what time they are supposed to come? My cleaning crew comes again today.

She said no. They are supposed to come Friday. Since I knew they are coming Friday, what else do I need her to do?

While I cannot convey the patronizing tone she exuded, feel free to use your imagination. I am a well educated woman and learned how a calendar works while in kindergarten. I understand that I am "scheduled for pickup today. It's still Friday."

What I don't understand is how a company will just ignore it's own schedule, ignore a customer's requests when it's the company's fault the problem exists, make no attempt to get an actual ETA in an attempt to appease a customer, or bother to let me speak to a manager when requested.

I debated loading my personal vehicle full of the garbage that's flowed out of the bin and driving to the local business office and dropping it off but decided that would be unprofessional (though cathartic). Instead, I'm going to post this on every review site I can find so people can see the true quality of your services.

And when November 1st comes, I will rejoice as the bin leaves my site.

They do not pick up anything outside of the can. However, above my trash being ignored several times my final straw was when they emptied my can and a bag fell out to the ground and instead of them picking up their mess…. They drove over the bag and kept going!!!! How nasty!!! Me or neighbors do not deserve that!!! Every time I have called for a manager in the past I would have to wait for a call back and it never happened!!! So this time I requested a manager (knowing no one would call) No one called!!! I canceled my services for the future. No one works hard for their money to pay someone for a below average very poor job. They charge too much not be professional.

The woman at the scale house is quite condescending as she gives directions. They act like truck drivers are just idiots when we are just trying to understand what is expected. Ridiculous.
