While both locations frequently have issues (non-pick ups, broken/missing trash cans, etc), they are usually addressed relatively quickly when you call into their service center. On the occasion the issue isn't fixed after a first call, it's always been taken care of after a follow up. While the pricing all seems like a scam (our location that gets serviced less frequently and requires less work is almost double the pricing for our primary location, and the sales team has every excuse in the book for this…), I'd like to acknowledge all the ladies running the phones who are dishing out solid customer service at a place where (I can only imagine) there are plenty of unhappy customers calling in. 5/5 for them alone.

My company has had its warehouse backed up on trash because our waste bin is still full. Recovery pickups take 2 weeks and by then they are picking up your trash again for it’s scheduled pick up and don’t give you a week in credit.If thats not a reason to be able to get out of a contract, I dont know what is. If you try to leave, they will do everything possible to delay their responses to getting the matter resolved. Been waiting on Luis De Leons ONE DAY REPLYS.

There is no representative who attends to the complaints. However, if you don't, check this place out, drop off your boxes, and exit right away 😂. 2-stars because the people working by the drop off were helpful.

I opted to try them out since they’re not a huge corporation like Stericycle and I’d rather help a smaller business out. I have a small tattoo shop and the pick-ups were never done when we scheduled them for. The driver would show up outside of the time we arranged.
When I would try to get in contact with them I would have to wait days before getting a response from them. It’s ridiculous. Perhaps my account is not big enough for them and that’s why they weren’t giving good customer service. Pick ups were just too unreliable and it’s definitely not a company I could grow with. I do not recommend at all.

THE TRASH PICKUP DROVE BY MY HOUSE WENT TO THE END OF MY BLOCK ,
GATHERED A MACHINE FULL OF DEBRIS
FROM THE OTHER END OF THE BLOCK,
THEN CAME BACK-WITH A ALREADY FULL BUCKET DROPPED IT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
TO PICKUP MY CLEAN DEBRIS,
THEY LEFT DIRTY DEBRIS INCLUDING BROKEN GLASS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
THE CONTAINER TRUCK,
WAITED AT THE INTERSECTION FOR HIM TO COLLECT A BLOCK OF DEBRIS AND BRING IT BACK TO HIM.
WHAT HAPPENED TO QUALITY SERVICE WITH THE CITY OF MIAMI SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT.
I HAD ONLY A PIECE OF CARPET 4×6”WITH PADDING ALL CLEAN WASTE.
Now I get to
CLEAN DEBRIS FROM THE OPPOSITE END OF MY BLOCK!
BECAUSE OF THE WASTE TECHNICIAN AND OPERATORS
NOT WORKING IN THE CAPACITY IN WHICH THEY WERE TRAINED.
