K White rated it 3/5: Called ahead of time to get directions and instructions to drop off a truck bed load of miscellaneous building materials & other disgarded items. I was told there was a $38.70 per ton charge with a $10 minimum. When I arrived the girl at the gate informed us that a $20 hold was required to unload the truck. She would not take the $16 we had cash and we had to make a second trip to get the $4 we were shy. I wasn't perticularly happy by the grin the girl kept on her face as she took the $20 and let us through. Also, you do not get to dump anything without a fee unless you have a water bill in your name. Considering the amount of traffic unloading at the same time of day we were, there was no wait and we were able to unload in under 15 min. Overall it cost us $10.

Lady at the window in Lane #2 surprised me with asking for a water bill. She said I needed to give $100 cash deposit.
So we turned out butt around and went to find nearest bank.
The organization with arrows for the dumping process was cool. Follow the yellow arrows for residential. Nice big covered building to dump inside.
On the exit. Make sure you pull up and reweigh at the red shack, get some cash back.

There foolish system you have to deal with and every neighbor has to call separately to get their trash picked. We pay you to pick the trash weekly you messed up and now each and every person needs to call to get the service so disfunctional.

They missed my trash can on multiple occasions and were slow to come back for it days later or not at all. Many times the driver would be in such a rush they didn’t fully empty it. This always led to wasted time on the phone working with customer service to not really get any type satisfaction. My neighbors use the other companies and never complain and the other companies are actually cheaper! You are welcome!

Not only did the job he do on picking up my dogs waste, he went above and beyond to make sure my yard was spotless. He picked up parts of toys that my dog Jaeger had shredded and also some fruits on the ground that my landscapers had missed. Carl is very accommodating and friendly. He spent some time playing fetch with my dog Jaeger as well. I would highly recommend using Poopydoo as your pet waste clean up service. Provided are some pictures to show just how great of a job Carl did.
Carl noticed that my patio tile and walls in my backyard were not properly being maintained by my landscapers. Carl came out to power wash them himself. I was thrilled by the great pricing he offered but also at the amount of high quality work he does in all aspects. Thanks Carl for being someone I can count on.

If you do pay for the “same day a week” service, they still don’t provide a time frame or time and only a confirmation text 10-20minutes when they could be out. They also explained their business model isn't based on customer service.
As someone that has dogs that I leave in my yard to run around and play on and off during the day. They are definitely not going to be ok with a stranger entering the yard. Also I would have to leave my yard unlocked for this person to show up whenever? Seems like a very weird business model and definitely wasn’t a good fit. I wanted to save someone the time of setting up with them only to have to cancel, because their no customer service business Model. They did refund me right away and was easy to set up but like I mention above not knowing when random people coming into my yard was an absolute deal breaker.

I only worked 2 days within that time frame everything was sketchy from their trucks, they’re backed up with so much work, HR didn’t know I was working the list goes on. Don’t waste your time applying for this company not to mention they don’t want to pay me for the days I worked. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

This last year they started charging us excessive overages for just the tiniest amount of trash peaking over the top (sometimes deserved as well). We cancelled due to this and today, I thought they left a bin and messaged them, they are now trying to charge me $50 because Sylvia took it upon herself to send someone out to our property even after she pulled our pictures online knowing there was no need or approval to come out. I have reached out and will again reach out Monday to try and resolve. If not, I will attach all communication to show their (Sylvia) lack of customer service and charging for services not requested.

The lady asked if I had been here before, and I told her it's been over a year. At that point, she should have told me the price for drop off JUMPED to about $40.00! Had I KNOWN that, I would have gone to the site off the B-line highway, as it costs about 1/3 of what I paid. In addition, I was "REQUIRED" to wear a orange reflective jacket. They offered to sell me one if I needed one (I looked up the price, and their price was twice as expensive as other stores that sell it). Luckily, I already had one so didn't need to spend more money. Finally, I checked my most recent bill, and there is the monthly charge (which I expected), BUT there was also an Administrative Fees charge of $6.50 and Fuel & Material Charge of $23.75, together represent 26.3% of the entire 3 month bill. That was the third strike! I have now chosen a different provider for my waste disposal, I suggest you do the same.
Mary rated it 1/5: I called the company because they over charged me 2 times and I was caller number 29 I waited on hold for 1 hour and when it was finally my time a recording came on and said there is no one available at this time. This was actually my second time calling because they went up 18.00 since last billing cycle with no notification. I talked with someone and she said their rates had went up and this is not the 1st time I since covid they have doubled the fees. Well I ask if I could get a rate lock and she said I'll see if I can get a discount and she came on the line and said she could I would be getting a 8 dollar discount. I was happy better than nothing but 5 minutes later they took the full 84.63 out of my account so no discount. I really feel so mistreated by this company.
Taka Bowlin rated it 1/5: I've never had a problem with this company. I usually pay once per quarter. I've so far this year made 6 payments. They owe me 52.75. My online account still says unpaid And of course, you can't get hold of them. Fed up.
A Bell rated it 1/5: I had a past due balance listed on my account. I have both a debit card and bank account listed on my account. However, the past due balance was more than I have paid quarterly for the past three years. I called customer service was on hold for about 20 minutes and then a rude customer service rep answered. She kept mentioning that I have a past due balance and how would like to pay it. I asked her why my bill was higher. I was never notified. She stated that it was on the most recent bill. I reiterated that I closely look at all statement and none of them stated that there was going to be rate increase. The rep rudely re-stated that it is on the current invoice and asked again how I wanted to pay. And GWR wonders why the correct payment was not rendered when there was no advance notification. Very unprofessional.
