Five start service and hassle free transaction. This is a 14 yarder I got for 10 days. Didn’t take a final picture but filled the 14 yard full. I Cleaned out my mothers house and needed a reliable service. They were prompt with delivery and on time with scheduled pick up. There was no long waiting times at all. The driver Sam, went above and beyond making sure my moms house was taken care of. He even picked up some extra brush she had on the side of the house that my mom couldn’t get in the bin. On the second dumpster I asked for early pick up and they were able to however they didn't call to let me know they were picking up. I was able to call office and they apologized for coming without calling. I would like if they sent a final receipt acknowledging pick up and no further charges without having to call and request. Prices were great in comparison to other and I Would recommend and use again!

I warn you "Never" , I mean "Never" use this company! They charge you rent after you place the dumpster if you go over 7 day's! "Warning", READ the 'Fine" print!!! What a "SCAM"!!! They are calling this trash, "NOT", construction debris!!!! "PLEASE "RUN", "RUN" !!!

Back up to large brush piles, unload, pay on your "weigh" out and done! It was $3.53 for a pick up truck full of banana leaves and cactus. So cheap. The only problem we had was you have to show your TDL and CPS energy bill. If you get yours online as most of us do, you cannot just show them an E mail. You have to log into CPS and open the actual bill. What's great is that they MULCH all your brush, and you csn buy it back. 3c a pound for fine mulch. Or free for course mulch! Wow wow wow!

Michael Scott rated it 1/5: Showed up at 11:59 to drop off bulk waste, the gate attendant talked to the people in the truck ahead of me for a couple of minutes then closed the gate and wouldn't allow me to dump "because we close at noon." I understand closing times, but there needs to be a little bit of grace with something like residential bulk waste. People rent trailers to do house work on Saturdays, every bulk waste facility in San Antonio either closes at noon or isn't open at all on Saturdays. Probably the primary reason for illegal dumping in Bexar county. Those rented trailers can't sit loaded until the next Saturday, and most people have jobs and can't dump on weekdays. What other option do they have? Close the facilities on Sunday and Monday or Monday and Tuesday and open all day on Saturday, I bet illegal dumping slows down a bit.
George Wright rated it 1/5: What a cluster duck on Saturday's, on site employees don't seem to have a clue how manage the huge increase in the 4 hours that they are open there are so many things that they should be doing to better facilitate in and out and yet I had one small item to dump and it took 15 minutes to get through the line because they're such a backlog of only having one crane operator to move everything around horrible Saturday service.

The ladies at the front check-in by the scales were very friendly, helpful, courteous as always..

my issue today was with the front end loader (bulldozer) operator. He kept coming in between vehicles as others were still unloading, coming too close on occasion creating a movement and safety hazard. In addition, the swift back and forth was creating a lot of dust/dirt which got on us and in our vehicles.

His job is just to push the pile back which takes a few seconds, so I don't understand for the purpose of safety why can't he just "wait " until the trucks dump their brush, then go in unabated and do his thing..?
