They were able to come the next day. Wesley and Austin helped me with the appliance removal. They called me with an ETA With an hour notice, showed up when they said they would. They were very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

They worked with me as far as price and they came out the same day within an hour of the phone call I was so impressed, Adrian and Marek are the two young gentleman that removed my furniture. It was refreshing to have such good customer service. These two young men went over and above they were extremely kind, knowledgeable and caring. I enjoyed talking to them, and they did a great job removing my furniture. I would highly recommend this company, and those two young men.!

Neither of which is true. I called city of tucson to report and they do nothing. I call waste management and they tell me to call the city. It’s waste management employees who aren’t doing their job. They refuse to do anything. Essentially, they are stealing my money for a service they refuse to provide. The driver needs to be fired. This is unacceptable and is turning into a health hazard. The customer service is abominable and the reps who refused to address the issue on the phone should also be fired. This seems to be a company policy of not providing customer service!

Scott T rated it 2/5: WM is a trash service, which should be pretty straight forward, and while they were actually picking up my trash it was fine. The overall problem is that their business model is to charge as many random fees as possible. The trouble started when we forgot to pay our bill once by mistake. Ok my mistake I'll pay it. Instead of calling and asking for payment or sending some sort of message reminding us that our bill was past due, they charged a late fee and stopped picking up our trash. I didn't know we had missed a payment until I called and asked why they hadn't picked it up. Ok so they removed the fee (this time) and reinstated my service after I payed my bill.
Then the next billing cycle came around and the same thing happened except I hadn't missed my payment. Stopped picking up my trash with no notice of any kind.

When I called after having to argue with multiple people, they eventually fixed it.

Then it happened again! They stopped picking up my garbage. After many more arguments and digging through very confusing invoices, it turned out that the original person hadn't removed the original extra charge, so I was getting late charges on the late charge I was told I didn't have to pay…

Ok finally figured that out, but this was about a 9 month process.

We then moved, payed our final bill and thought we were done. But boom, $75 fee to pick up the bins (their your bins why do I need to pay you to pick them up??), plus a $54 "environmental and admin" charges?? Also unaware, so they've been charging me late fees.

I was able to get the late fees removed, but this is still excessive, and a huge drain on my time.

I'm not sure the others in the area are better, but if I have the option again I won't be using them, nor would I recommend them.

We use Waste Management in our very small neighborhood. They usually pick up every Friday. They didn't pick up yesterday, but instead came this morning at 6:00 AM Christmas Eve morning. When I retrieved my trash can it was still full!! They skipped my house!! When I called and went through all the annoying phone entry stuff with the automated operator, they were closed. WTH?

I would much rather have been told they can’t and to wait for my next scheduled pickup than to have been lied to repeatedly. I spoke with a supervisor who confirmed I was scheduled for today. I’ll be canceling with you all and going with Silver Point.
Extremely annoyed! For the cost of this service there should be no missed pickups. Online states my trash was picked up but no one picked it up and I have cameras in front of my house.

The first two attempts say request has been "completed" 1/10/23 and 1/19/23 and my bin is in the exact same cracked condition as when I made initial request. Nothing has been repaired.
Now I have entered another request. #3
There is no phone number to call, so I just keep making requests and leaving bad reviews and nothing is getting done. NOT a happy customer.

D'Andrea Sykes rated it 1/5: I received an email, early Monday, from Republic Services, indicating a need to modify the recycle service due to an unexpected event. I was told to put out the recycling Tuesday. My trash and recycling are scheduled on Mondays. I put out my trash and did not put out the recycling.
I heard the trash truck and went out to retrieve the trash container. I saw two trucks leaving my neighbor. Both trucks had arrived for service. I called Republic and was told they would attempt to call the recycle truck back as they could see the email transmission as well.

The truck never came. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day I was told to put the recycle can out. Each day I retrieved the recycling can without Republic coming to pick up the trash.

The following Monday, yesterday, August 22, 2022, I put out both cans. Both were emptied along with a trail of trash in front of my house. Amongst the trash was a used tampon applicator. I called Republic and reported this incident.

The representative I spoke to said Republic would be out to clean up within 24 hours.

The disgusting tampon applicator is still in the street. I don’t want to come in contact with it. I am sure Republic employees don’t want to come in contact with it either. However, I PAY them to manage the trash and not leave it in front of my house.

I have used Waste Management as well. Neither service is worth the money paid.

I have continued to be charged for pickups that never happened & I’m unable to reach customer service to correct the issue. There is no email for customer service & hold time are greater than 20 minutes & customer service is only Monday-Friday ending at 5pm. I canceled my service but I refuse to pay for trash services I did not that are on my bill. I have exact records but their customer service are unresponsive & negligent. As a result I now have a late fee for the unpaid. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone, which is very convenient for them & their false billing practices. I made a horrible decision by switching to Republic services. My experience has been COMPLETELY TERRIBLE — due of ongoing inaccurate billing, undelivered services, & unreachable customer support. In my opinion this company is immoral, greedy, & out of control.
First Review—I strongly recommend against using Republic Trash services. From the beginning of service they missed multiple weeks of trash/recycling pick-ups and their bills are wrong. They over-bill for services not provided and for dates before service started. They have very little customer service support and it totally disconnected from being able to solve any actual service problems or billing issues. This company provides terrible service and inaccurate billing consistently – save yourself the headache and cost by choosing another trash company.
I wish I would have know that before starting service one month ago, I have cancelled now but I still have full trash/recycling containers and wrong bill charges to resolve before this trash nightmare is actually over.
Hank Adoodle rated it 1/5: I live in sahuarita and if you live there and are thinking of a dumpster service, i suggest you go elsewhere. They are very bad at what they do.
1) I can't remember the last time they picked up the trash on the day it is supposed to be picked up.
2) I called to get an account credit because my trash was not picked up at all and i was informed by customer service that i was too late in making that phone call and they informed me that i have to call 24 hours after a missed pick up in order to get a credit.
3) The following week they again did not pick up my trash so i called within the 24 hours they previously informed me of. They then proceeded to tell me that they will not give me an account credit because they allow themselves 24 hours to pick up the trash from the actual date it is supposed to be picked up.
So now I essentially have to be contacting them weekly just to do the service i pay them to do. Based on previous reviews, I'm sure the company will reply to this message on here, apologize and say they will rectify the situation. How about you start by simply doing what i freaking pay you to do. Horrible service. I recommend everyone to look elsewhere. It's better to pay more money and go with a company that actually does what you pay them to do.

This time i went in with slightly more than usual, and they were paying 60. a pound. So how how did i only walk out with $16.? They ripped me off, straight up. Tried to bring it up, the guy was stoic, said nothing. My cans were already mixed in with rhe rest, nothing i could really do. Rip offs. Weigh your stuff before you go.

There's a section for scrap metal – both fridge/ac unit and regular metal. it puts into perspective the amount of waste we produce as humans – but have your existential crisis after you leave, cuz people tryin' to back into your spot. Smells funky, duh. Gate lady always has fabulous hair and nails, and is always super helpful, professional, and nice. I mean, its selling point for the being landfill you wanna go to is the spectacular views of all the mountains around tucson. . . But even with the views, probably shouldn't use it for a family reunion or proposal spot.

Craig Barry rated it 2/5: Way over priced for locals to use. Small town in Northern Nevada with a really well run site cost me $5 per load. $20 here for the same service is tough to swallow. Does this encourage the local residents to do the right thing and dump here. Given it is a half hour drive to the site from where we live this becomes a tough sell. The wait on a Monday morning was 20 minutes to get in.

Ry Bajanconcepts (bajanconcepts) rated it 5/5: If you are looking to make a little change while making a positive change to our environment and not contribute to the liter and excessive waste, look no further. Bag your cans, plastic bottles, etc and drip them off. It may seem like a lot of work for a little bit if $, but it comes with an added bonus of doing your part to recycle single use products like water bottle 🍶. You hardly have to get out of your vehicle as you can drive through, hand your slip and collect your $. I would recommend a truck for the trip, however, if you do not have a bed cover, a tie down net would be wise.

I couldn't believe the strength he had to remove a large double sliding glass door fridge we needed removed. 100% recommend and we will be using them for all pickup needs in the future. Andrea M. rated it 5/5: We've accumulated broken electronics for years with plans to drop them off eventually, but finally removed the satellite dish from our roof and that didn't fit in the car or the closet where we've been storing everything. Didn't realize that Suburban Miners picked up electronics and scrap metal for free and was able to schedule a pickup for the next business day. So easy to schedule, it was confirmed right away, and they took a greater variety of items than anticipated. What a great service with great customer service!!

If you have electronics to get rid of, these are the guys to call. Heck. I’m helping save our groundwater by keeping electronics out of the landfill.

My cans were out and I am outraged that they would lose a customer over $5. The supervisor Melanie was trying to say that $2 was the full credit and very scammy she left me on hold for over 20 minutes and then said there was nothing she could do. I would stay away from Diggins.

Not that its a huge deal but the last couple of weeks they have forgotten to collect my trash as scheduled. However, when I call they say they are going to send someone out the following morning. I think customer service is on point however the driver need to follow through on the schedule. Other then that minor thing I think its a great company with a reasonable price.

They call you as a client to tell you they are coming to replace your damage can, only to call you back and leave a message telling you that they can not Again Show Up!!!!!!! They never answer their phone, rarely ever return your call. Extremely Poorly Run And Mismanaged Company!!!!! Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!!! They have no problem collecting their payment, but they definitely have trouble managing their company in a high standard of professionalism!!!!!

This company is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I work at many houses throughout the week and I have always disliked Diggins in general for their tardiness in cleaning the outhouses. The reason for this review now is the last four outhouses I have been forced to use have all been this company and all of them have been three weeks or more without a service. This is unhygienic and unacceptable since the service sheet inside the outhouse says it will accommodate ten people for one week. There is no excuse as to why this company should not be keeping up on the service they are being paid for.

In summary, this company is a joke and needs to be put out of business. They are unresponsive and uncaring about the "services" that they are paid to manage.
Cory Penttila rated it 1/5: I signed up for services and after two missed normal services and two missed "missed service requests" I just cancelled service. These guys have no clue what they are doing. I was a new customer whom they just ignored and now I have a garage full of trash. I recommend any other trash service
