We texted Mandy and her team asking if they could check in on the puppy that morning and they happily obliged. To almost double the estimate is absurd, especially when I could then go back and find several spots not cleaned. Do not plan to use again.

DO NOT WASTE your time and money with this company. I initially used Joyful the first week of July. I was told that two cleaners would be out to clean. Only one cleaner showed up and the job suffered IMMENSELY. I promptly emailed Joy explaining that only one cleaner came and the OVERALL JOB WAS SUBPAR. I sympathized with the one person having to clean a house. Joy graciously apologized and offered to send a second team out to do the job, at our convenience. So, today was the day for redemption but it was an EXERCISE IN FUTILITY! This time, three people came to do the job. My husband, who was at home during both occasions, let them know today (while I was on speaker phone) that they didn't even have to clean 2 rooms in the house. That should have definitely made the job easier, with three people tackling one bedroom, two bathrooms, a dining room, living room and kitchen- NOPE! They arrived around 1:30 and left 15 mins or before 2:30, telling my husband they had to get to another job. They didn't even finish the job at our house (pictures below)! There was dog hair in the corners, the floors were barely swept, sink fixtures still dirty, and shower not cleaned. They poured cleaning solution into the toilet so it "smelled" clean but it is evident in the picture that the toilet was not completely cleaned in or around the sides and base. I am sorely disappointed in having to clean up AFTER a "professional cleaning company". I will DEFINITELY LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY in BR to handle our cleaning needs, as you should also.

They did sweep the floors and clean the oven that time but stated, "we can't touch anything you own," which is kind of necessary to clean. Would not recommend

Areas on my deck needed sanding not that I realized this but the technician did and he sanded areas down. The warranty is for two years. Figuring in two seasons for the price it was a huge bargain with expert care in workmanship. I highly recommend Grime Busters without hesitation.

  The leaking in my basement WAS a result of the "cleaning" that was done of my unit, because (1) I DID NOT have this problem prior to this company coming out (not matter the weather outside) and (2) the problem has since stopped after the service men removed debris that they showed me before leaving. I tried to explain this to Guss who lied and said his name was Tony (his service men confirmed), but Guss was adamant about the problem not being their fault even though he was not looking at my unit. Instead of agreeing to send someone out to look at the problem he debated with me, dismissed my concern, and laughed at my frustration. It was only after mentioning that I would write a review that he decided to schedule someone to come out although he clearly did not want to. In fact, Guss ("Tony") called the day before reluctantly sending someone out and threatened to NOT send someone to look at the problem if I did not agree to remove my review. I told him that I would update my review rather than take it down because the leaking in my basement was only a part of the problem. My biggest concern is the interaction I had with him. He was very rude, he is a blatant liar, and he made it seem like he was doing me a favor rather than following up on his company's guarantee of their work. As I tried to explain to him on the multiple occasions that he tried to bully me about my review, I am grateful to the service men who came out to assess the problem. However, I do not appreciate his lack of customer service, bullying, and disrespect. I will be using another company in the future.

  After my unit was cleaned it has leaked more than once, damaging my basement walls and costing me money to try and assess the problem. I NEVER had this problem prior to the company cleaning the unit. When I called to ask if someone could come and assess the problem, I had to deal with a very difficult and rude associate who claimed that he was the only person in the entire company who could help me when I asked to speak with someone else because every single person was on a 3 week vacation. He proceeded to suggest that the problem wasn't the company's fault even though he had not seen the unit and does not know what is going on. I repeatedly asked for someone to be sent out but he proceeded to drag out the conversation and laugh repeatedly at my frustration. When I asked for his name he initially refused and questioned why I needed it before giving me a different name than the one he gave at the beginning of the call. Because of this interaction I would never recommend anyone to the company and I will not be a returning customer. I am still awaiting someone to actually assist me.

On heavy rains, the water could not flow down the downspout and started backing up and dripping in between my exterior wall and my sheet rock. Mr. Lucas said that he was moving away from working on Saturdays, and he tried to accommodate me right away for that Tuesday, but I had to work. Also, he had plans for the next weekend; that was, Thanksgiving weekend. He asked that I give him a call after the Holiday. I reached back out to him, and he said that he would come out on a Saturday for me. He and his son, Robert, came out on December 17, 2022. They were on time, and the charge was the same as quoted to me on the phone, and they were both jovial and professional. Robert totally cleared that large bird's nest out of the gutter, and I no longer hear that drip in between the walls when it rain. I am so happy that I no longer have to be concerned about water damage to my home; therefore, I am grateful for the service rendered. I will absolutely use this company again. This duo works well together. I plan to use them to power wash my deck in the spring. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I booked a deep clean yesterday for my house since it had been awhile since I had my house professionally cleaned and I have a big dog who sheds a lot! I left my house for the day to stay out of the teams way, and I just returned this morning to see the work! At a high level, they appeared to do all the surface level cleaning I expected. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, a ton was missed.

I have attached pictures, but you can see that:
1. My living room rug wasn’t even vacuumed, and there was still a fur ball floating in the corner!
2. Baseboards and cabinets clearly weren’t touched. I’m especially annoyed by this because these are the two areas I wanted addressed and why I specifically paid the $50 extra for a deep clean
3. Obvious spots left on mirrors, sink, crumbs on counter

I know this might sound nit picky to some, but when I pay a few hundred dollars to have my house cleaned, I don’t expect such obvious misses. Will be happy to update my review after I hear back from EFMS!

He stated that they would not make it and that it would be another week. I advise him that that was my reason for following up on Friday 1/8 but before I was able to finish he abruptly and rudely cut me off. I asked him to let me finish he stated 'No' just get a refund and hung up.

  I cannot speak on the actual service but the customer service for this company is horrible. If the Manager is rude what does that say about the company.

I am absolutely astonished at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this business. "Bad reviews don't bother us." Apparently not. I gave them 1 star because there is not a way to give them fewer. WARNING: do not use these people.

I contacted Grace about cleaning our home and scheduled with her to do a walk through. She texted less than an hour before to reschedule for the next day (3/16/22).

We did meet for the walkthrough the next day. We agreed upon a price, and Grace informed me that her next available deep clean appointment was 3/31/22. We scheduled for that date.

On 3/31/22, she contacted me again less than an hour before to inform me she couldn’t make it. She offered to come 4/2/22 and give us a 10% discount. I felt this was reasonable, so we accepted.

Today (4/2/22) she contacted me just over an hour before to let me know she wasn’t coming. Given that we’ve been scheduled with her for over two weeks and already agreed to reschedule once, I am extremely upset with her lack of professionalism. We were depending on her coming today, and we have now had to cancel our plans with our son so that my husband and I can clean the house. Screenshots attached.

Grace could be a great cleaner – I didn’t get the chance to find out. Unfortunately, she’s incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. She’s currently advertising for new business on Facebook and Craigslist, but it appears she does not have availability to take new clients.

Dave and Shawn were right on time and they are two of the most polite, friendly and professional contractors I have met yet. They did an awesome job cleaning my windows, which have burglar bars on them. They were so responsive to any special needs and questions I had. I am loving being able to see out my windows. These guys did a great job for a great price and I highly recommend them.

We live in the east mountains and have a home with huge cathedral ceilings with windows, a guest house and a workshop on our property. There are around 125 windows total which they clean immaculately every time in record time, about 1.5 hrs-2 hrs. They always arrive on time and have never rescheduled or cancelled. We've tried other window cleaning services and nothing compares.

  UPDATE April 2021: The new owner, Kalan, does a fantastic a job at cleaning interior and exterior windows, at an extremely reasonable price! After having Randy (the original owner) clean our windows since 1998, we had some apprehension with a new owner. Fear not, the new owner has the same exceptional standard as Randy with high quality work and top of the line efficiency along with prices that are the most reasonable in town.
