The installers were very professional and did everything to make us happy. The color mantle we ordered was not delivered and later found the company they ordered from no longer carried the color we wanted. They went above and beyond to sand down and stain the mantle that was delivered to our desired color. I messed up and did not measure correctly to verify that we would need to mount our TV. After they completed the stone was when I realized it. The installers completely understood and were able to perfectly cut out the area needed that I could install my TV mount. We are very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone! I attached before and after pictures. The stone work came out perfect!

They were very professional, courteous, friendly, patient in answering all my questions, knowledgeable, meticulous, neat, obviously experienced and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They also provided excellent customer service with a "Can Do" attitude – they even strapped it to my tractor and drove it from my shop to my front door, lifted all 650 lbs of it into my house and then wheeled it in on a dolly to install it. They were very careful with protecting my wood floors, cutting a hole in my roof for chimney and drilling into my drywall to attach a stainless steel plate perfectly centered behind the stove. They did such a beautiful job! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you Allegiance Chimney Solutions! Ya'll are the BEST!

The salesman, Bob H. was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and followed up. The office staff was great as well always calling or emailing to confirm the schedules. The install team, Austin and others were outstanding making sure the installs were done right. All the team have such positive attitudes. We needed to replace the fireplace insert and add a vent. They needed to deconstruct/reconstruct the fireplace stonework. The stonework was instrumental in the appearance of the fireplace. They did a fantastic job. They kept the work area clean and always left the area as good as they found it. I would definitely use them, and recommend them, again!

They offered to come back 4 weeks later to complete the job, I thought that was too long and declined. Paid over $300 for the chimney sweep and no partial refund was offered for the incomplete work, will take my business elsewhere next time.

Not only did they go outside their service area just to give me a quote, but they also did it on short notice and during the spin-up of the busiest time of the year. Korey, the production manager personally came to my home (on a Saturday) to get eyes on the project and spent the next two hours talking with me and my family to make sure that we got the information that we needed. We scheduled an installation that
very day and agreed on a price below our budget and he even got us into a bigger stove. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived early and was extremely courteous and easy to work with. Rob and Alden took extra time to answer my questions that I had about the stove and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Not only were they informative but they were very professional and mindful of my home while moving a very heavy wood stove in and out. From the roof work to the demo work through the finish of the installation Rob and Alden showed pride and attention to detail in their craft. Coming from someone who's been in the trades their whole life. I could say wholeheartedly these guys did an outstanding job. 11/10 stars for service and professionalism. Not only did I feel like I got my money's worth but I feel confident that we have the product support and knowledge of one of the best companies in this industry. That level of excellence was maintained throughout the entire process, which involved coordination with other contractors, timing multiple different installations, and making multiple site visits. After the installation, there was a minor issue that needed to be resolved, and the team went above and beyond to resolve it, which they did fantastically. kylemartin39 rated it 1/5: The techs both times were very nice it's not their fault. So we had a set of gas logs installed in our fireplace. We used this setup maybe 5 times if that. Tech came out today and inspected the gas logs as they have not been working for some time now. The conclusion was the wires and controller were installed too close to the fire which intern melted the controller and wires to operate this gas log set. They will not repair unless we pay $400. So let me get this straight. The conclusion was this was installed improperly and now I have to pay $400 to fix it because I'm slightly out of warranty which literally has nothing to do with something that was installed wrong. Would never recommend now as I'm getting tired of the world we live in where everything is just garbage now. Guess we'll have to go back with firewood. Great product for 5 times of use.
