Randy J has been our technician. He is so nice, does an amazing job and is helpful to explain what he finds with each visit. What I really like is that they clean all my eaves of the cob webs that might appear between services. Other service providers never did that before. I highly recommend Mission Pest Control. Great value and amazing service.

He was very professional (texted before arriving, took off his shoes on our carpet) and explained the package options clearly and easily. He recommended general pest treatment as well as termite treatment.
Brennan was able to schedule the general pest treatment for just a few hours later on the same day! Tanner arrived and was great. He thoroughly sprayed inside and outside the house, and even removed an active wasp nest. Both Brennan and Tanner were kind and very respectful of our house.

Solicitors, show up telling me they work for my neighbor and want to see if I would like their service too, they have said it will be inexpensive since they are already in the neighborhood.
I put up a “No Soliciting” sign because of this company, which I shouldn’t have to do in the first place.
THEY STILL RING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCK! 4 months ago a woman rang the doorbell, relentlessly, I replied through my phone because it was dark, and she looked sketch, and I didn’t want to deal with her, then today I had the doorbell ring and I ignored it, the guy pounded on the door, full cop knock, so I answered and immediately asked if he was a solicitor, he was wearing a white polo shirt with the Mission Logo, he said he was just at my neighbors house and proceeded to tell me “THEY” use his service.
I asked him my neighbors name, he didn’t know it, I said “You are a solicitor and we do not need pest control.”
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PREVENT THESE GUYS FROM KNOCKING AND RINGING THE DOORBELL? A sign is obviously not enough.
Mission Pest Control managers….. STOP TELLING THESE YOUNG SALES PEOPLE TO IGNORE THE NO SOLICITING SIGNS! It makes your business appear unprofessional.
The kid was nice, and was doing his job, I don’t blame him, I blame the owner of Mission Pest Control and the guy that trained him.
And don’t forget, They also charge a $149.00 “Cancellation” FEE.

I called local companies and didn’t get a response even though these companies are begging for locals to shop local. Terminix was fast and affordable and followed up on my experience. My dad ended up checking the attic and found termite shavings, cleaned it up. He came back to check anothed day to make sure that the shavings were just old and not new, only to discover that there were more shavings.
Terminix was contacted and another not so little guy came to inspect and shined the flashlight on the area from afar. They only wanted to do spot treatment. My mom said NO, you are tenting the entire house. They gave the run around for more than a week with the scheduling of the tenting. The service manager scheduled it for a Saturday so that I wouldn't have to request 2 days off of work. Said the tent would come off Monday and that we should be in by the evening. Monday came and no one came to remove the tent. Guy said there is no way we were going to be in Monday night. The house should've been ventilating since Sunday and they don't work Sunday. So I had taken Monday off only and only had one set of uniform clothes for my daughter, so I had to go out of my way to purchase another uniform for Tuesday, she also had no gym shoes for Tuesday so she had to borrow my only pair i had outside the house. I had no work equipment with me, so I had to request more time off. The tent came off Tuesday. We were told it was safe to go inside and within 10 minutes my mom and I started experiencing headaches. I ended up very sick and throwing up 🤬.

I’m having my floors refinished and the contractor noticed termites, but since it’s 9 days passed the 30 days they won’t cover any further treatment. Per them I needed to pay an additional $1,500 for coverage to get a longer warranty.
I strongly suggest shopping around for other companies.

Raul thoroughly inspected my pantry to find the source for ants and applied gel and was very careful to strategically do it in areas that my dog would not reach. He Inspected other areas in the house, and sprayed for spiders. He discovered the source for ants which was a major infestation hidden under the mice bait station in the backyard!! He treated that and cleaned the cobwebs outside the house. He was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant and did a great job! He said he will come back in a couple of weeks to get rid of the cobwebs outside the garage since he got stung by bees twice as he tried to do it!! He said I don’t have bee hives but that the bees were being aggressive probably to protect their queen. He made sure to tell me to be careful for myself and my dog when we go there. Excellent customer service!! I love Thrasher! Thank you Raul!

Josue explained in detail what steps were involved in the process and followed up regularly. He returned phone calls/texts immediately. We were incredibly impressed by this kind of customer service, as we’ve rarely experienced it with pest control companies we’ve used in the past. The billing dept was also very responsive and on top of refunds very quickly for a service we determined wasn’t necessary. I’ve always felt like pest control companies are very willing to scam people and talk them into services they don’t need, but Thrasher & Josue absolutely did not treat us that way. We would definitely recommend Thrasher to anyone with pest issues.

Like any other companies there has been turn around of employees but we have not much issues as Thrasher mostly assign a technician to an area that they are familiar with the clients with. We have Technician Raul Sanchez coming in since April 2022 every 2 months , and recommend him for his service . He is courteous and always ask if there’s any pest issues , is friendly and knowledgeable to answer pest related questions . Though it is only maintenance work done now , but it is appreciated that the technician informs us before coming in , is on time and in general does a great job in removing cobwebs around the building .

So yeah, you may have to wait and continue the daily battle with ineffective store bought sprays and traps. However, when Lloyd's finally sent Rodrigo out to help, help he did. He quickly and efficiently gauged the level of my problem and took care of it. I recognized immediately that he knew what he was talking about and I didn't. So I let him do the treatment he knew was best instead of what I thought was best. And yes. It worked.
The ant bait he set out only a week ago is completely gone. The ants took all of it. Today, not one ant. The nest that was in my building has been destroyed. All of this for under $200 and I have a 7,000 square feet facility. So yeah. I highly recommend service at this level.
I called them to solve my problem not do what I asked. I'm no pest control specialist. They are.

Then we started receiving collection notices from 3rd party agencies all due to Truly Nolan’s incompetence over $200. Truly Nolan = Truly Sad!

We are so happy with Clark Pest control. We knew they were better than the other company because we could see dead spiders everywhere in the backyard after the first time they fumigated (which we never saw with the first company). Kenny is the nicest guy ever. I recently mentioned that we had ants that looked like termites and he schedule an appointment for someone to come and identify them so they could best treat for that. We are so happy with his work. We will definitely keep using Clark Pest control.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the actual quality of service as far as getting rid of pests (my pests were ants, crickets, carpet beetles, and spiders) was very hit or miss. I would constantly have to call them to make sure they were keeping up with my service and my payments. They actively admitted they have issues on their end with payment processing but continued to blame me for payments not going through and holding me financially accountable for their mistakes. After months of trying to work things out and then refusing to work with me to right their wrong, I finally cancelled my monthly service and found a new provider, EcoGuard, who gave me a better rate and has amazing customer service and actual product (locally owned eco friendly company with such kind staff).

He educated us about insects and rodents and how to maintain the property to make it less friendly to pests. He sprayed for the ants which have been relentlessly invading our home. We’re very happy with his service, and we are impressed with Kelly, too. She provided expert help with scheduling the appointment and making payment. We’ll definitely continue do business with this company again.
