They also gave you options of where you want the bin placed and the orientation. The delivery options are a time span of a few hours (morning vs afternoon) or for an extra charge, you can specify the hour you want it delivered. We chose the latter. The delivery was on time even though we were not home at the time. The driver was very courteous and called for the gate code. I wasn’t able to answer immediately, but he was able to get through the gate and deliver the bin where we wanted it and facing the correct way. The pick up was also on time. The only wish I had for this rental was that the standard length of time you can rent it was only 4 days. Anything longer would be an additional charge.
But, it did make us do what we had to do because of the time limit.

I was able to get the time I wanted and the day before Christmas eve. Great business!

I chose the 9am-11am window, and quickly received two confirmation emails, as well as a text. When they hadn't come by noon I called. They said they saw my appointment but it didn't show up for some reason. They said they would come by later today, between 2-4pm. Still a no-show. I wasted my whole day, and have had my dogs in their kennels most of the day, waiting for them to come, and they didn't even bother to call. No respect for people's time.

Nothing. Now I have several smelly rotting trash in bags piled up on the side of my house, and a full trash can that has been sitting out in front of my house for almost a week. Mind you I have children who would find it fun to dig through the trash.

I call and am polite and they tell me they couldn't pick up because the lid was open and that is a safety concern but that they will reschedule a pick up. Next day and still nothibg. Call back they tell me driver canceled pickup with no reason given. So they schedule again another pickup and still nothing. Call again and this time they tell me I will have to pay $19 for them to come out and pick up trash or wait till next week. She also said that the lid has to be closed completely next week in order for them to pick it up or they will not puck it up. Told her that it will be way over filled because of them not picking it up she said it has to be closed completely shut or no pick up.

After I dumped the couches and weighted out mid valley wanted to charge me $20 per couch. I told them I talked to a lady on the phone and she said there is no charge after 3 couches. So I talked to the owner of mid valley and he didn't want to honor want I was told. After a brief discussion the owner decided not to charge me extra but he was very rude and not professional. He even told me "don't you ever, EVER come back" as I was walking away. I will never come back.

I was able to call Vet Warriors and schedule another pick up! I had gravel, bricks, a chain link fence, a gate, concrete chunks, bottles, oversized cardboard, torn tarps & other debris left in my backyard for over 5 years! So relieved that it is completely gone, now I can work on my outdoor projects! Great customer service, not only to myself but also my neighbors!

The service was everything I needed at this moment in time! Thank you to the amazing crew that helped me removed things from my home. I am a serial procrastinator with Spring Cleaning and it’s already going to be Fall. My entire shed is dedicated to all the junk I’ve accumulated over the months (okay fine, years) but I need the space asap and needed everything gone. I’ve called around to a few businesses in my area off Google searches, but my urgency was their pocket gain. Thankfully I was able to speak to the gentlemen at Vet Warriors and was so relieved and appreciative for their immediate support. They were affordable, responsive, and reliable to get the job done in the time frame I needed. Two thumbs up!
