After years of hiring individual ‘housekeepers’ from Craigslist and experiencing less than optimal results we decided to go with a professional cleaning company. We should have done it years ago. A person came and looked over the house, asked lots of questions and took notes of areas we wanted special attention and gave us a quote. We had a first time deep clean with three cleaners who arrived on time with everything needed. They had the notes from the initial bid, and each one took an area and worked non-stop for about 4 hours. The house was spotless and they went above and beyond expectations and were lovely people to have in our home. We had no concerns with their integrity and they did little details I didn’t even realize needed to be done. We could not be more pleased with the services we received and would definitely recommend Molly Maid to anyone wanting detailed cleaning done right by honest, pleasant and hardworking housekeepers. They were obviously trained and did a very thorough job.
At first it seemed like a high price for the initial cleaning but after seeing the results and feeling so comfortable with the workers in our home I realized it was well worth it. The bi weekly cleaning isn’t anymore than we’ve paid individual cleaners and they come in teams and do a far superior job. Additionally they are bonded and insured and really professional.
We highly recommend Molly Maids.

The crew onsite, Alma, Sara, and Edelmi, were super professional, friendly, and thorough. After they were finished, we went through the house, room by room, and NOTHING was missed. I mean baseboards, fans, cupboards, everything – was spotless. I will only be using this company in the future and I will be requesting the same crew again. They work so hard and they care so much. I hope the owner of the company reads this and rewards them for their hard work.

Ive never worked for such a dysfunctional company before. It is rare to get in contact with any supervisors, they will contact you when its convinient for them. No raises even after a year.
Their turnover rate is so high because they treat employees like garbage. They pick favorites & they are unfair with wages. Very disorganized.
I actually saw a 26yr old guy drink literally every day on the job at the Peacehealth account, he is a functioning alcoholic. Would go to the bar on Fridays with his mom who also works for the company. He would incoherently be doing his job. It was reported to management and even though hes been there for 2 years, they kept him because it was easier than having to find a replacement for that position. Very unprofessional and didnt make sense!!
This company is horrid and the HR department needs a new coordinator! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER…or they wont pay you. They dont believe in anything digital, so you write what time you clock in on a sheet of paper, never see your supervisor, and they come pick it up or have you text a picture when the pay period is over.
Theyre source of communication IS texting. They wont answer your phone call and prefer for you to text on your own personal cell number.
Also to add, you dont start ACCRUING vacation time until you've stayed there for 6 months. If those two are any reflection of this company, I would never recommend their business. Their knee-jerk overreactions can cost your own business customers.

I would walk into the office to see her mad or talking bad about her employees. Not understanding with what people have going on. Don’t work here. The manager gives the company a bad name. No communication between management and poor training. I came into the company and trained for two days and then was thrown out there to do my own thing. I only made it because I would ask a coworker what I should do. Especially because the company is at so many locations the right training should be in place. Not to say the exposure to Covid that we had. Worst company I have worked for.

Shannon went above and beyond in her service, exhibiting great understanding and compassion for my friend's situation, and in completing tasks his farflung friends could not be there to perform. I can only expect regular housekeeping assignments to be a piece of cake for Domestica if the sort of service provided in this case is any indication. I cannot speak highly enough of their work.

Recently, I contracted with them to get a condo into move-in condition. Patrick met with me personally as we did a walk through, and the very professional people showed up on time and did all the work and more as directed. The staff was very adept and had all the materials they needed to do a great job. They were very consciencious, and Patrick checked in several times to make sure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend Myles O"Donnell & Co for move-in, move-out service as well as commercial work.

They went above and beyond to mitigate the leak and prevent additional damage. They immediately contacted us and helped us get on top of the issue which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend this company and service enough.
