Jose Brizuela was my technician and informed me there was nothing wrong with my door and he would be able to repair and make my garage door work like brand new. Jose was patient with all my questions and he took his time explaining everything in detail. I was surprised how fast and efficient he worked. He replaced my garage door opener, changed the rollers and other worn parts and the door works amazing, like a brand new door! It’s smooth and quite! When he was finished he explained how to use the opener. He programmed all the remotes, wired the main control neatly, programmed the door opener to be able to control on my mobile phone. When he came over to fix the springs, he first addressed the mounting bracket (after removing the springs). We thought maybe it was a simple fix like, reattaching to the anchor. David spent a good 1.5 hours drilling pilot holes and eventually ripping out the drywall only to find that the wood anchor was already split because the original builders didn’t pre-drill! He ended up having to find a different anchor and reattaching the bracket. He also found out that the other bracket was also attached improperly, so he had to remount that as well.
After all the brackets were reinstalled, he installed the new springs and put everything back. Then he did adjustments for the door, only to find that the rails are misaligned. He then found out that one of the rail mounts came loose from the ceiling, so he re-anchored that as well. After all the fixes were done, David then adjust the door for a perfect close seal, as well as greased everything up to minimize noise.
In the end, he spent 3 hours on a 1.5 hour job. I thought he was going to charge me extra (which I would’ve been fine with), but he said “nope, same price as my original quote!” Can’t give anything less than 5 stars for that kind of service!

I found Vulcan Garage Services doing a google search and called them.
Their responsiveness was amazing.
The gentleman on the phone called his technician and diverted him over to get the door opened. He explained to me there will be a fee to open the door but I must sign a repair order (contract) to get the work done later because he had another appoinment.
The tech arrived shortly thereafter and he was able to muscle the door up. I signed the work order agreement and asked if they could do the repair same day if their schedule allowed. When I came home that evening, the door was in working condition and quieter than ever.
They sent an invoice via email with a link to pay by credit card.
Everything they did made it easy for me but most of all they realized how important the day was for me and did what it took to get me on my way.
