They provided me text messages when they were going to come and followed up with text messages to give me a 10 minute notice. When the two gentlemen arrived, they were so courteous. They used every precaution to protect my walls and floors from their large hose they use and did a terrific job.

The experience of just trying to set the appointment and their pricing add ons convinced me to go back to Sears. With one quick phone call the representative understood my request, gave me a quote I expected and scheduled my appt for my convenience. I got the courtesy email the day before letting me know the specific time window. The morning of the appointment I got the courtesy text from the Andreco letting me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was safe, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work timely and again exceeded my expectations with the pet stains. I am a Sears carpet clean customer for life.

Upon completion we inspected the five areas and they seemed to be acceptable so we paid the technicians. After returning from shopping we discovered that the carpets were so wet that the surfaces had lifted as much as 3-4" and some edges of the carpet had pulled from the wall. (see photo) When we reported the problem they promised to dispatch a team to assess damage immediately. Shortly after this promise was made a supervisor called and stated that it was normal for carpets to lift and if the carpets pulled from the wall it was because of poor installation not Sears cleaning. I shared with him that the carpets had been cleaned many times before and we never experienced this problem. I then asked him how he could come to this conclusion without seeing the carpet and he became rude and said he would help me file a claim against the installer but refused to accept responsibility for the damages. Our carpets took almost 48 hours to fully dry (even with fans blowing on the carpets and the AC on). Sears never circled back to review the damage or called to follow up. It is obvious that they have moved on to the next customer.
Sears also has a problem with its vehicle and or steam cleaner leaking oil. The pavers on my driveway were cleaned and prepped for sealant but now have a puddle of oil on them. So now I have to find something to clean the pavers with. So much for the Sears 30 day guarantee LOL.
I have been a loyal Sears customer for over 40 years but will never recommend Sears for any service again.
I have contracted a professional carpet layer to repair the damage as I am certain that Sears is not interested in supporting any claims made. So I am out $130 for damage caused by shoddy workmanship, a puddle of oil in my driveway, and 48 hours with furniture in the hallway. Stay away from Sears if you can. There are many great carpet shampoo companies out there that will clean your carpet without the unnecessary, costly, and time consuming drama. - Peter Hicks rated it 1/5: Scheduled an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Ducts went great but there was a bird nest in the dryer vent they wanted to charge an extra 250 for because they needed special equipment for it. Seemed a little steep and said no. After they left the dryer vent that was working (with the nest in it) was completely blocked. When I called to follow up I noticed that they had charged for rooftop vents and mine are at the side of my house.
After complaining that their service made my vents worse not better and I was overcharged for it I was told they had to check with management on how to proceed. Later I received a voicemail telling me the charges were not being reversed and they'd be happy to come out with their "special equipment" and clear the vent for $250.
I bought an electric leaf blower for a fraction of that, cleared it myself and I finally got that 100% satisfaction guarantee they had been talking about.

I usually go for a general clean, but since we had so much paint done to our house I wanted a service that does deep clean to get rid of the paint dust from the sanding off the floors and furniture. I reached out to two Maids and a mop. 2 women came to clean, they were friendly and worked around my dog. Since this was the first time I paid for a deep cleaning, I didn't really notice a difference between a deep clean and a general clean. There were still some stains and dust on the bathroom walls and some parts of the carpet were not vacuumed. When they left I also noticed my rugs were not vacuumed or dusted off since they still had the paint dust on them. Also I noticed behind the toilets were not cleaned and calcium build up in the shower. I think next time just pay for a general cleaning, since there wasn't a difference between the two except the price (plus a tip).
UPDATE: I was immediately reached out by two maids and a mop. They sent someone out to fix any areas I noticed not cleaned. She did an amazing job and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

The crew showed up promptly at 8am, and worked furiously until 12:30ish, with the Field Supervisor (another) Kathryn showing up to jump in and help with the clean. Everyone was kind, hard working, and thorough. The toilets looked like brand new when they were done, and they removed 15+ years of dust like experts!

When paying $255 for a deep clean one would at least expect the microwave to be clean. When I called to explain the areas missed the best the company could offer me was the same exact team to come back out. Number one I don’t want the same people back in my house after complaining about them and second they didn’t speak English so how was I going to explain to them what I wanted???? Pictures were sent to the company office and I never got a response back. Totally unacceptable.

I hired Beehive come clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in. Everything appeared great except for a stain that was still left by the back patio door. I messaged Beehive to make them aware of this missed section and requested that they correct this. I received a message back stating they would come back to clean this for an additional $75 "pet treatment" charge.
I informed them that this house does not, nor has it ever, had pets in it. I have been in contact with the previous (and only other prior) owner of this home. They did not have any pets in the house. That stain was merely dirt tracked in from the outside. Beehive insisted multiple times that it was a pet stain.
After telling them once again that it could not possibly be a pet stain, they changed their story. Apparently the previous owners has also hired Beehive to come clean the carpets back in January, and they believe that after two attempts at cleaning it, that stain wont come out.
Well, I decided to take a pass at it with some Resolve spray and a little elbow grease. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
- Jayne King rated it 1/5: They don’t know what deep clean is. I had to ask them to clean the ceiling fans and when they mopped they mopped around the area rugs on the floor wouldn’t even pick them up to mop under them. They just did the minimum basic’s.

Flor and Lizbeth (known as team 7) were the lovely duo that came to clean and they did such a top notch job. Not a single corner or crevice wasn’t sparking by the time they left. They are on time, and they are friendly but get right to work! They did such an amazing job on the initial clean . . . I thought I kept a clean house, but they cleaned things I haven't even though about! We were amazed when we opened the sliding door and the track was gleaming . . . no idea how dirty that must have been before! I've had cleaners in the past, but none whose work is as thorough as Simply Housekeeping! I definitely plan to keep using this company, and hope Team 3 comes back again!👌

As someone who has always had a cleaning service, when we moved here it took a couple of different cleaning providers before I found Simply Housekeeping. That being said, (Team 7) has been cleaning our home for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the amount of detail they take each time they clean our home. I'm very happy with the level of service Rose provides and the attention to detail Lizabeth and Flor take when they are cleaning our home. Give them an opportunity, you will be happy you did!

I had to deal with them while out of state on flood/ water damage to my Mom's rental house and they helped me every step of the way. Daryl was my first contact person that estimated the damages. Not only did he give great customer service while he was working on the house but he made himself available to me throughout the entire process when he was no longer involved. He even kept me posted while he was on his anniversary vacation with his wife. He alone completely exceeded my expectations on customer service. Then there was Sonia the project manager who was extremely detail oriented. This lady didn't miss a thing and made sure everything was documented to get it cover by insurance. She kept me updated with pictures of the progress from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable with the work being done even though I was out of state. Then there was Christina Tax in the office. She was always so pleasant and extremely helpful. She worked with me on the payment schedule with my insurance and even took the time to mail my mom paper receipts because she doesn't have email. She was extremely pleasant and even though I was paying her it always brightened my day to talk to her. I have nothing but gratitude for this company's work ethic, communication, and professionalism. They really make going through a terrible home water damage experience much easier.

Some of the water had come through under our cabinets and we had some mold growth. Seth was SO helpful and informative. He thoughtfully and thoroughly answered any questions we had, and if he did not know the answer he made sure to find it out. I also appreciated their concern and consideration for the safety of my two young children. Seth, Joseph, and Jose all did a great job, and I really felt like they went above and beyond in ensuring the job was done right, that we felt safe, and that we understood everything that was going on throughout the entire process. I also appreciated Gabby in their customer service department for answering the questions I had about the process moving forward. Thank you all for such excellent work!

Michael and Fernando cut out drywall and you wouldn't even know they were here! - Brandon Varnell rated it 1/5: This is the worst company I have ever worked with. It took several days for them to do what should have been a one day job. To top it off, they didn't even finish. They came in, shoved some equipment in my hallway (to dry the walls, they said), left, came back the next day, removed my washing machine and tore out my baseboards, left, then came back the next day just to say their job was done. They did not restore my baseboards or put my washing machine back. I asked them when they would come fix this, and they said the wait list was at least a month out. As if that wasn't bad enough, they threw out my baseboards, so now I have to buy a new set and have someone else repair it because they can't get the job done. This is a company that milks you for all your worth and doesn't finish what they started.
