This particular service experience was exceptional. Lamar Weston and Beverly did an outstanding job cleaning our floors, they have never been cleaner! It smells amazing most stains were removed than expected, they arrived exactly on time even offered earlier but I wasn’t ready. Very sweet and clean up even left booties I loved that! My favorite part was I booked everything online I knew my price and I booked my appointment around my schedule didn’t have to wait to call and be stressed out on the phone with anyone. Was able to do all on my leisure. All around beginning to end great service!! I wish I took before I didn’t think they would remove stains honestly. I’m bummed out now. Point is A+! All I have is after but trust me this is amazing. Even the master which looks bad is like 75% better. And the one with some red stains is like 90% better. That one blew me away it had color stains all over a kids play room. You can barely tell now.

Stanley Steamer came out and cleaned three rooms, they used some kind of cleaner in a squirt bottle for the high traffic areas. For that day carpets looked great. Two weeks later swirl marks appeared on the high traffic areas where the liquid cleaning solution had been squirted. I called them and they were NOT SURPRISED, without hesitation they sent someone out to reclean them. I then was allowed to speak to a manger, I told him for now I was satisfied but lets wait two weeks and see if marks reappear. The marks reappeared, my wife and I lost all faith in Stanley Steamer, I posted a one Star Yelp review. Their corporate office then reached out. I let the agent know I had just cleaned the carpets myself, like I had for the previous year without damaging our then beautiful carpets. The swirls marks reappeared, I reached out to corporate for help, I asked that they send a claims adjuster as I now wanted compensation. Two days later still no contact from the local San Diego office. I emailed corporate again, two days later Manager Daniel called me. His call was an insult, Daniel stated that he believed the swirl marks were from a glue that was used during the carpet install – I could not believe what he was saying! I had cleaned our carpets regularly with no incident until they came into our home. Even after I told him we were Senior Citizens he didn't care. He could only offer another free cleaning or a $200 gift certificate for a cleaning, no compensation offered – not even sure they have property damage insurance as he made no mention of it. Horrible experience.

The last time we hired Absolutely Clean Agency was for our move out clean. While we were not home, they did a fantastic job. Communication was easy via text. They are quick, but they are definitely not very detailed, you will see noticeable spots where they missed and won't risk injuring themselves like the hard stains between the sliding shower doors. Oksana was even nice enough to come to my condo and cleaned it herself that her cleaners refused to put their fingers in to clean. The thing they don't know how to do is removing the lime/calcium deposits that is under all the sink faucets tip. I'll have to do it myself. If you have those green lime thing under your faucet you best be removing that yourself with CLR remover. Oksana was very professional and offered for a refund if we didn't like the service.

Cleaning was mostly detailed, although all our couches were untouched or stood on, which was odd. In any case, two or three weeks go by and I noticed my oven door is not opening properly. I have a double oven so had not used this oven since before it was cleaned and never had an issue before the clean so I’m sure it was leaned on when the oven was cleaned. Part of the reason I booked with this company was that it seemed legit and insured, etc even though it is much more expensive than anyone else in the area. I have contacted them twice about this issue and it is radio silence. This seems deliberate, considering they were super responsive when booking. Now my oven is either going to incur a costly repair or need to be replaced altogether. Buyer beware when booking. If you have any issues with damages to your home from the clean, you’ll be out of luck.

They tested for moisture and assessed water damage. They demolished what needed to be removed and then they did a beautiful remodel of the master bath. The tile work was especially beautifully done. Now, three years later, I had another crazy leak happen from my upstairs neighbor in my master bath. Mike and his team were immediately responsive and texted me instructions on what to do before they arrived to best dry out the space. They tested for moisture and they assessed the damage. Once the plumber repaired the issues they came back and put everything back together beautifully and efficiently. I would highly recommend them! I’m so grateful!

This is SPAM and I never signed up for this, nor have I ever called or used Jan Pro in my life. At this point, it's probably been over 50 total emails. Each time I block and mark it as spam, but then it comes from a different gmail address the next week. Here is the email:

They were up front about visit frequency, activities to take place, and what to do if there was an issue found. The quoting process was quick and painless.
The crew that came to the space to do the weekly cleaning were very detail oriented as I even noticed hard to reach spaces were expertly cleaned. I always looked forward coming in the day after a visit because of the amazing job they did. It just gave me a relaxed feeling.

We are a shared space shop; half is a bakery, and half is an Acai shop. The SD Janitor guys came in, gave us a fair quote, and had a fast turnaround with the job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We kept the old floor; they look new now after the floor buffer. The kitchen was spotless when they left; the counters were super clean, the front of the store looked clean and fresh, windows were shining! The entire shop looks fantastic—great company for cleaning services and for working with. Finding a cleaning company that takes on commercial kitchen jobs with attention to detail is not easy.
