The carpets smelled super fresh and the whole apartment smelled wonderful afterwards. It’s pretty clear how diligent Stanley Steemer is. They even wore booties on their feet to not let dirt in, and I forget why but they also made sure to put little protectors under the furniture they moved. Photos included.

First I was recommended to have a company come and clean my tile and grout in my kitchen, front of the fireplace, foyer, and downstairs. Everything they cleaned did not make a difference. Was not happy at all. The employee that cleaned it was not to happy with it and told me he wasn't going to lay a grout sealer. So I tried to get my money back and they would not do it unless they come out again and redo it. We fixed the tile and grout ourselves. And they also made 2 marks with there machine into our wood and damaged the wood inside our front door. They also left a mark onto our carpet. All I asked is to refund us our money for the services they did not do and they refused. I would have left this feedback alone and not posted anything but they would not. I would not recommend this company for anything. Stay away.

After many more attempts to resolve the issue they refused to do anything. Terrible company with terrible customer service.

With a wood burner in the living room, it added to the smoke smell in the carpets. Ducts, not carpets have ever been cleaned. Carpets were only 10 years old, mostly clean, but carried a strong smoke smell. Eric and his crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional.
The crew was quick and efficient. The carpets turned out beyond my expectation, removing nearly all the smoke smell, which I thought would be impossible. Very pleasantly surprised with the carpets.
The duct work, was intense. I knew it would be VERY HEAVY contamination in the duct work. This is a custom built house, and had duct work designed outside the normal routing of duct work. Odd bends, split routing, individual dampers to control flow to each room in the house. A lot going on with the duct work. The crew had a tall order from me to accomplish. They did a great job.
Me being an OCD perfectionist, I was expecting 100% completely clean duct work, not a spec to be left. Very tall order given the circumstances. After the service was performed, I was putting my register covers back on, decided to run through the ventilation system with my inspection camera, found 1 or 2 trouble areas, that I fully understand would be difficult to access.
I called, spoke with Rick, the GM. Explained, hey these guys did a great job, there’s a couple areas I’d like to be touched up. Without hesitation, Rick said he’d said a crew out, asap.
Today, Eric showed back up, on time, polite and courteous as last time, talked with me, let me show him what I saw on camera and took care of it no questions asked.
This review is intended to highlight the professional I received from Eric, and Rick. As well as prompt, great customer service. My future duct and carpet cleaning business will stay with this company. I had a very tall order, they delivered.

I called this time and they sent a very rude condescending individual named Steve who’s main concern was how old my drapes were. I had my drapes custom made and he acted like they were garbage .I’d have to sign a release , they wouldn’t be responsible , so on and so forth, ok fine then he looks at my kitchen drapes , new and never been cleaned and said they will be ok and then the next sentence out of his mouth was to sign a release for them too . After just telling me 2 seconds before it was ok . Then we asked if they could be cleaned with chemicals while hung while cleaned , previous coit person did this . Back to all the bs about age of the drapes . He was rude , arrogant and I will never use coit again . Need to learn how to treat customers with respect .

I'm not ready but ok fine, come in. This guy also didn't even know if it is hardwood and suggested deep cleaning but no idea what finish could be applied. Completely unknowledgeable and not professional with time frame. Called their office and this same woman rep offered nothing but excuses, no apology, no rectifying the visit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CLEANING SERVICES. PERIOD.

He was very professional and thankfully saved our carpet from needing to be replaced. I would highly recommend this company.

When I called Clean Interiors, the woman I spoke with was friendly, professional and gave me a very reasonable estimate within minutes. She worked with us to schedule the date and it was a seamless process. The gentlemen performing the work kept in touch the morning of our cleaning and completed the job without any issue. The carpets are clean and I feel that the price was fair. I highly recommend this company!

They have done a bunch of extra stuff for us like wrapping carpets for storage and helping move furniture so carpets could be taken for cleaning. The guys from the truck very kindly helped us when we had to convert my dad's dining room into a sick room by not only taking the rug, but helping us slide the furniture around so we could put his hospital bed by the window. So I'm real happy with them. They are not cheap, but neither are our rugs.

We were called before the processing of one rug to be notified of it's condition and what could happen when washed, were told what their special treatments were going to be, and were given options. The carpets came back revitalized with minimum damage thanks to the company's great care, looking like new. And that's saying something, as the fringe was especially filthy from many years of dogs trodding (and doing other things) on it. The delivery guys were also cordial, professional and very patient as they had to repeatedly move some very awkward furnishings to get everything in the right place. Great people and great service!
- Cathy Gable rated it 5/5: Today Ken and Bin from John and Sharonda’s team brought back the four Oriental rugs I had cleaned and repaired by Northside Carpet. I am beyond thrilled with the service. The rugs-especially the repaired one- look fantastic, and Ken and Bin acted like I was their only customer of the day, spending over an hour to position the rug (a large estate size) and trim the new pad so I wouldn’t trip on the edge. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and even called ahead. I’ve used Northside for fifty years, and always been satisfied, but Ken and Bin provided such exceptional service I felt I owed them this public “thank you”.

This past time I was charged for 3 carpet cleaning and when they returns my rugs they had debris all over them as well as lint and the men delivering them had outside work boots on and no shoe covers and was walking on our carpet kicking it open. They told my staff they don't put the carpets down and that was the first time in 10 yrs and over 20 pick-ups. I am so disappointed and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
