We used Willow Glen Electric to install the new SPAN panel and bypass a potential 12-18 month wait time and an additional $20,000-$30,000 underground fed 200 amp MPU, since our 100/125 amp Main Panel was overloaded. They went above and beyond in explaining everything the SPAN panel could do and even going so far as to talk with Sunrun Operations Managers to assure them that we could then actually add batteries to our house with the SPAN panel! This saved us so much time and money by going this route.
They also installed the new SPAN Drive fast EV charger. And found out I was one of the first ones, ever, to get this new beauty.
Very professional company and crew here. I had a complicated project and they were able to figure it out and get it done; with courteous service and a great attitude the whole way.
I also now highly recommend Willow Glen Electric. This coming from a homeowner and someone in the solar industry, where we do A LOT of electrical work in our field.

- RJ Mari rated it 5/5: Had a heat pump system replaced. Fuse was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Communication was great at every step — I've never had this type of work done before, and I never felt lost or confused about what was going on or what the next step was.
Other techs in the area declined the work because the indoor fan unit would be a bit difficult to replace labor-wise. Some companies didn't even respond to my request for a quote. Also, Fuse quoted me significantly less in labor costs.
Techs arrived on time, took care to protect the work area, didn't cause any unnecessary damage to drywall or floors, and cleaned up after the work was done. I live in a condo complex, and I'm admiring the work that was done by Fuse compared to other units here. It's just so clean and tidy, and looks like it will stand the test of time.
My intake vent was a non-standard size, so they had to schedule a 2nd appointment to replace it. They had a vent custom-made, and even made custom-sized filters for us by putting together smaller filters. They left me with 6 filters (3 years worth) at no extra cost.
The customer service and work is top notch, and I have zero hesitation giving Fuse a hard recommendation.

They were diligent(work from morning to night) and detail oriented; they communicated with you before you start so that you know what they were performing and let you know city codes; they kept you updated every time you came to take a look; they confirm with you if they need to install something on the wall; when you see the installation, you could tell they were highly trained and skilled; they also cleaned the site even they finished late and then they would remind you the warranty before they leave. Really appreciated.
I invited 7 companies to estimate and interviewed them, finally I chose Fuse (based on online reviews, price and estimator's proposal+service+reputation+follow up). The Estimator Dennis, he is willing to give honest answer to your questions and would give you reasonable proposals with pros and cons so you won't get confused.
And thanks to Janna(not sure if I spell correctly), every time I call, she would let me know when I could get feedback from her or the team.
Also many thanks to Stan who sent such a skilled and highly trained team. Not easy to get a good contractor/company in bay area.
The overall experience is expectional, especially the quality job+competitive price. Highly recommended and I would spread my words.

Dishonest and rogue company. Our property manager sent them to our rental property to diagnose the AC.
They claimed the wire from furnace to condenser needed to be replaced, and gave a quote with labor cost and the cost for the wire itself. We agreed to let them replace the wire. We had no idea what they actually did because it's a rental property.2 years later, the AC failed again, and we found out that they didn't originally replace the wire, but installed a wireless module instead, whose radio component eventually aged and failed. We wanted to replace it, but the module has been discontinued by the manufacturer. As a temporary solution, we had to run wire to move the wireless module indoors.
We contacted FUSE asking for a full refund because they scammed us. They didn't bother replying. Only after we threatened them with negative reviews, did they reply immediately. And guess what they said?
In response, they said they will be coming to remove the wireless module to render the entire system unusable, before issuing the refund, which we see as a blatant threat.It's inconceivable that they'd rather perform extra destructive work without charge, than to simply issue a refund for quoted services which were never performed (which is merely ~$550). The required labor for removing the wireless module would be worth more than that in today's market.

These electricians that I took a chance on saved me and my roommate’s life!
Jaime came over and diagnosed part of the problem. He didn’t try to get me to panic but ensured that everything would be taken care of and that it was a good thing that I called.
Carlos and Richie skipped lunch under Carlos’s advice. They knew this needed to be taken care of.
To state the problem, there were several outlets and lights in my house that wouldn’t turn on because of an outlet that had burnt wires inside the wall that looked totally destroyed!
Both Carlos and Richie explained things in a manner that I could understand and stated very clearly that it could have turned into a fire!
Carlos also knew that I have a tight schedule because I work the graveyard shift so he made me his first priority.
Carlos is knowledgeable but very down-to-earth. He understands things that most people don’t about electrical but doesn’t flaunt it. He even took the time to have a fun conversation after the job was done!
These guys are awesome! Everything was fixed in less than 2 hours and now I have dependable electricians that I can count on!

For context, my family owns a restaurant in Santa Cruz and we had to close down on a Friday due to a gas leak. Mind you we were supposed to be Very busy! My family and I frantically called many plumbing companies to see if by any luck we would come across someone who would be available to help figure out where the gas leak was coming from/why and fix it as soon as possible because we couldn’t be closed on a Saturday. We also had a wedding to cater! Luckily we came across pacific coast home services. They were able to get someone dispatched that same very day and get the problem fixed the following day in the morning. The certified technician, Robert Barajas was amazing! He was super accommodating and very very nice. He understood the stress we were under and the busy day that followed so he made sure to make it happen and get things fixed. Once again, thank you so much! We were very grateful to come across such great people.

The company responded quickly with a visit and quote, scheduled the work, and completed it on-time. I must commend the technicians for being very professional, polite and kind to me and my kids. I highly recommend this company for making this major headache of a job easy and hassle free. If I ever need an electrician again (and I guess they do plumbing and HVAC too) I'll be calling them first thing.

- Cristi Diaz rated it 5/5: I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling!

For a water heater repair other Plumbers in the Almaden valley would either say that it's hard to find the parts and it would take 2-3 weeks to get them, one clearly mentioned that he wouldn't bother for a repair, he would only do replacement, some other said said that it would cost $1,500(!) for the repair…outrageous…Basically, they were all pushing towards a new Heater (easy money…) charging between $3,000-$8,000. Thankfully I had also booked an appointment with SPS, Ruben was prompt, professional, he said that he could make the repair, he had the parts handy(!) (contrary to the others who said it would 2-3 weeks to find the parts..what a hideous joke!) and he was upfront to mention that because my Whirlpool heater is old, it would probably need to be replaced in 2-3 years, but the repair is good for now. And they only charged for the cost of a K, Burner Assembly plus labor at Market Hourly rate…my jaw dropped!!! How can it be that other Plumbers are so dishonest and just want to rip you off??? SPS Plumbers I am truly impressed with your professionalism and Honesty!!!

They came the same day we contacted them, diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement parts urgently, then came back two days later as soon as the parts arrived and fixed our water heater. They were all very polite and respectful throughout the process. We’ll be calling them again next time!! Just hopefully not too soon.

Adara Louis rated it 4/5: We specifically wanted an air purifier cabinet as part of our system. We were told by the estimator that it was possible to add one in. However, when the technician installed the system, he did so WITHOUT the air filtering cabinet. It was disappointing as with the air quality being poor during fire season, we wanted that extra filtering. No one told us ahead of time that this would not be possible. No one returned our calls when we asked what happened. I would NOT have selected a vendor who could not do this and I feel very much taken advantage of and I am sad that the company did not own up to their mistake and is not willing to make this right. Now I am distrustful and don’t know what else will go wrong. It’s awful. Save yourself with agony and don’t use them.

I got a call back from the manager on Friday to apologize and try to make the installation right. She said she would send out the technician again to make sure our installation was "perfect". The technician came out and installed the air filter cabinet to the furnace. Was it installed as it should have been if the installation was done at the same time as the furnace originally? No. Is there an air filter cabinet attached now in our system? Yes. I've changed my review from my original 1 star to 4 stars because they tried to make it right. The system is not perfect but it's 2020 and I am thankful that nothing else went wrong. I feel that 5 stars would have been if the system was installed as quoted originally without all the time and effort spent on trying to get them to fix this issue.

First he needed to pull our fridge out from the wall so that he could access the rear of it. This was a very difficult task, because our fridge had not been moved in a long time, and some debris had accumulated under it. Alex was very patient and diligent in getting the fridge to finally come out.
Once he did so, he quickly determined that the problem was dirty condensor coils. He meticulously cleaned the entire area until that part of the unit looked brand new. I have included the "after" picture but unfortunately did not think to take a "before" picture showing how filthy the back of the fridge was.
Afterwards, Alex put the refrigerator back in place, and cleaned the floor. Throughout the whole appointment, he was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and generous with his time. This is my second time working with Fuse HVAC and I will definitely work with them again!

The dryer is stacked so they had to send two technicians. Both Leo and Alex came on time. They were very professional. They were able to identify and solve both issues. My air conditioner did not work in the summer, and I called them. They said they have many orders and they are busy. I waited for their air conditioning master for several days, but he didn't come. I called them back and they made a new appointment. The master arrived but was four hours late. He was rude. After a quick diagnosis, he called on the phone and their operator said my air conditioner was not repairable. She began to persuade me to install a new air conditioner, which I had to buy only from them. The price was unacceptably high and I said no. I paid them to diagnose of my air conditioner, and it was not cheap. I called another repair company after he went. When master from another company arrived, he found only a brocken wire. He fixed it very quickly and it was cheap, so then I realized that this company had deceived me.
I didn't want to write this review early because it is extremely negative. I was afraid that they knew where was my previous home, but not now. Stay away from HVAC fuses and home appliance repairs! This is a fraud company!
